Had my Mercedes A-Class for just over a month now, and I absolutely love it. I drive it daily to work and back – it’s smooth, comfortable, and just a really nice car. The customer service was excellent. It was very relaxed, no pressure at all. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and easy to deal with. I mentioned I was going to look at a few more cars elsewhere, and they were totally understanding, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely recommend them.

I love my new car – it’s a lovely little vehicle and I’m really happy with it overall. It’s my first time purchasing a car, and Brad and the team were really lovely and friendly throughout the process. There was a bit of chasing to get the car delivered, but once we got in touch, they were great and got it sorted quickly. Only minor issue is that I haven’t received a receipt for payment or the V5 yet, but otherwise no complaints at all.

Charles was very helpful and had total transparency. Very accommodating and agreed for me to take the car home to surprise my son and bring the car back to get the odd bits done that needed sorting. Very pleased with the car and the service that we received.
