I was going round to a few different dealers to check prices and availability as I wanted a small car. I went to Herts and Essex and lucky the guy who dealt with me was really helpful and pointed me in the direction of the Smart cars. If hadn’t spoken to him, I would have walked out as I didn’t see a car that was suitable. This car wasn’t around the front so he had to go and get it. I did take the car back to the dealer because there was a smoky smell coming off it. They gave me a courtesy car and were really helpful around my work times. Everything’s great with my car and I have already recommend them.

It was very easy to get the car. When I got to the dealership and saw the car, I wanted it and ended up getting it within a week. The BMW has been an amazing drive and I love the interior. The people at the dealership were very nice to me and made it a pleasant experience.
