The team at Herts and Essex are superstars ⭐ They were so informative and clear in communications. I knew the ins and outs of my Cherokee before I had even bought it home and I couldn't be happier with it. I have always loved Jeeps and I am so pleased with mine.

Our Astra is great, it had a real test when it took us to and from our holiday. I have to say that it drove very well and was much more comfortable than our previous car. In terms of the customer service we received we couldn't fault it, the team were great, a pleasure to deal with.

Although we did have an issue with one of the vans, they were more than happy to get it resolved for us with no issues at all. Pre sale and post sale, their customer care has been brilliant. Through every part of the journey they kept us in the loop of things, and gave an insight as to what was going on. The vans arrived in immaculate condition and have all been driving perfectly with no faults at all. We couldn't be happier with our purchases and would definitely recommend to others!

Sadly I am going to be selling my Mercedes as I am moving away soon, however, in the time that I did own the car I absolutely loved it. It has looked after me so well, and has done it in style too! The car looks great inside and out, the prep team did a great job getting it ready for me. And in regards to the customer service, that was brilliant too, they were all so helpful and kind.
