Good service, would recommend

Really pleased with my new Mercedes its a great car and I'm loving driving it. The staff were all helpful and really friendly. I went to collect the car and it was a really smooth transaction, I thought I'd be waiting a while but the car was clean and ready to go all I had to do was sign for it and all the paperwork was ready for me. I bought a car and had an issue not long after, I contacted Herts and Essex Motor Company and they said to bring the car back and they will fix, they fixed the car for me and dropped it back off. They did this without any issues, made it easy and simple for me. The car is perfect now, so happy. The customer service was perfect both at sale and after the sale too, so helpful and kind. I will be back to this dealer when I want to upgrade the Mercedes.

I found the a VW Amarok on eBay, I contacted the dealership and from the offset I got a great feeling about it, the dealer was helpful, welcoming, friendly, we had a bit of a laugh on the phone and I arranged to view the car. I never felt pressured or like they were trying to sell me the car, just gave me all the details and history of the car. I went down with my £20,000 budget, and I had a nosey at the stock and came across another VW Amarok, this one was 10k+ more expensive but it was newer, less mileage and in better condition - it was practically brand new, I ended up buying this one instead. Its absolutely wonderful, I love it - so so so happy with it. I can't fault the lads there, they are all really really nice people, with lots of information, we got on well and they did everything they could for me. A really smooth, professional service, absolutely fantastic.
