These guys are really excellent such fantastic customer support, very friendly and all the time they answer the phone. I had few issues with the van and they are very helpful, supporting me directing me and giving me lots of help and advice correctly. I got all information and explanation at sale stage from the sales office. The communication was excellent all the time, they are calling to check I am happy and follow up on any requests. They did a great job, I am satisfied with the service, how they are attitude, how they support me, Fantastic.

I was helping my Dad find a new work van, and I found a lovely looking Mercedes Sprinter for a great price, the van looked tidy and in tip top condition. I took my Dad down to see the van and he snapped it up there and then, he has driven vans forever and said this is by far the best he's come across and a belting price too. I have had such a great service from Herts & Essex Van Sales, from the moment I enquired about the Sprinter the service was professional, honest and helpful. I even had a niggle after the sale where the seatbelt sensor is constantly beeping and I spoke to the guy at Herts and Essex and he said just bring it back and we will have a look - I've just not had time yet. Everything is going well, no complaints whatsoever. The Van (Transit Van) is as expected and I'm very happy with it. Spoke to driver who is using the van and he is very happy with it, says it drives like a dream. I'm thoroughly impressed with the VW Crafter van – it's truly lovely and even better than I anticipated. The weighty service history was a huge factor towards my purchase, this van has been looked after well during its lifetime. The sales team were exceptional, ensuring everything was sorted out seamlessly. They're a group of lovely individuals who are incredibly helpful and accommodating with any concerns.
