We bought a car from this dealership which broke down after about 6 weeks. I rang and spoke to someone who was extremely unhelpful and rude. We are now taking them to the small claims court. Do not buy a car from these people!!!

Went to buy a car from these guys - viewings were by appointment only so we booked an appointment and travelled 2 hours to get there. We arrive to the place and no one is around. Call the dealership and get told someone would be 10 mins. An hour later he finally arrives. We take a look at the car we was ready to buy there and then and go for a little test drive to find out there was a problem with the car 1 even though we were assured the car goes through 120 checks before it is listed. We are still being told by the salesman to put a deposit down and buy the car. Luckily we didn’t listen to him and made our way home. Within 10 minutes after leaving, we received another call saying the car will be fixed tomorrow morning and ready to collect. Tomorrow morning comes and no news, so I call the garage fire an update and get told that the car will be ready in an hour, It’s now 3pm on Christmas Eve. I give it until 5pm to call the guy back and he tells me that another car has broke and they have had to fix that, but we are still the priority and the car will be done LATEST tomorrow? Tomorrow was Christmas Day? Anyway, I get the final call at 7pm on Christmas Eve telling me the car is basically fixed but won’t be done until after Christmas. I will NOT give these people money and would not advise anyone else to either. 5 star service they call themselves? Lol

I have recently bought a car from Heston Cars. It was one of the best customer service I have ever received. Member of the Team who was dealing with me was very knowledgeable and professional. All my questions were answered and explained. Highly recommend this company to all.

I was sceptical when i read the reviews but my experience has been totally opposite. The guys are very genuine and went out of their way to advise me about the car. I booked a different car to buy but when I was welcomed they guided me and saved me more money. These guys are not typical salesmen but rather honest business professionals that will help you in every way they can. I was even picked and dropped by a driver from the station with car delivered to my place the next day with no hassle or fuzz. EXCELLENT BUSINESS AND MOVED OVER TO THEM FOR LIFE TIME

I’ve had the worst service ever from these muppets. From the very start I felt like I couldn’t trust them and I should have stuck by my first impressions. We bought an Audi A3 from them and made an agreement that we will buy it on the condition that they get car matts. 2 weeks after purchasing the car a warning light appears on the dash saying the driver airbag isn’t working. They’ve told me that they don’t have an engineer on site due to COVID and would let us know when we can bring the car back. They’ve sold the car to us knowing that my girlfriend who is pregnant will be driving the car yet they’ve been in no rush whatsoever to help. I called them back a month later (still in warranty) to get the issue fixed and the gave me another excuse that they are moving offices and can’t deal with it right now and will get back to me. The issue continues with them… the car is now out of warranty and they are unwilling to help even though the issue was raised while the car was in warranty. I struggle to communicate with them as they do not listen and interrupt me in every sentence I try to say which is so frustrating. DO NOT BUY!

I purchased a vehicle from them only to find the chassis of the car is so badly rusted you can put your hand through it, rear of the vehicle close to collapsing. MOT looks to have had dates changed. Called the company and they are not even interested in sorting this out !! Absolutely disgraceful that someone can sell a car in this condition and think they can get away with it.

Just bought a BMW 5 series 2018 model three weeks ago and everything is going just as they said. The sellers had great knowledge about the car and had all the answers to my questions. They were great with the price and the car is absolutely amazing and smooth to drive. I really appreciate how they gave me the car beautifully valeted and the service was great. Would definitely recommend buying a car here for a good price and good quality. 👏👏
