Would give no stars if I could; sold us a lemon which had problems the first day. They refused to do anything about it or give a refund, despite a garage report saying it would be at least £1,200+vat just to make it safe! Had to claim (successfully) using section 75 via my credit card company. Absolute crooks - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Having seen the 11 plate series 1 BMW on their ( HEXON CARS ) website , I decided to travel the 185 mile round trip to view the gorgeous machine.Upon arrival I spoke to a very presentable young man who informed me that he had been using the car for himself for 2 months. I asked if I could view the car. Is what the advert didn,t show were the following items: 5 empty pop bottles strewn across the front & rear seats along with food and other assorted wrappers.Oily / greasy hand marks across the bodywork. The front nearside had been damaged in a light collision. The bodywork was most uneven.As regards the service history,it was written on a post-it note virtually ineligible this was coupled with an A4 receipt for a service on the vehicle. This sheet was littered spelling mistakes ( really chaps) ????????I did drive the vehicle around the complex. The vehicle had a significant " Judder" when pulling off from park. I drew this to the attention of the sales chap who just laughed and said" BMW never have problems with gearboxes. The review for HEXON would be 0%. A day wasted by an incorrect / misleading listing. Avoid at ALL cost would be my review. B.G.Taylor.

Bought a insignia estate very nice car, but it's been faulty ever since phoned hex cars they didn't want to know, the key was broken, I was told it had been serviced it had not, I wasn't even shown where things were when I was about to leave the sales man just didn't want to know I fact he walked away, would never buy from them again and would never recommend Hexon Cars to anyone.
Bought the car from Hexon Cars without spare tyre, owners handbook missing and key not working. Phone back and was told nothing they can do.

Hexon Cars sold me a faulty car, I tried to return within 30 days and was refused currently waiting to go through court.
I bought a VW UP from hexon cars recently.Sebastian who sold the car told me that the car was a Cat N. Only to find out online that it was a Cat S. One day, the bumper came off for no reason, i asked for a refund but they refused. I paid for the RAC to inspect the car and RAC said it was unsafe to drive as it was not repaired properly. But still they refused to give me a refund, instead they said they were going to have it checked by the AA. When they had it checked, the findings were the same "this car was not repaired properly and is not meant to be sold unless repaired". After the checks and reports from the RAC and AA, they still refused to give me a refund until I told them that I will take them to court. After 2 mos of battle, they finally said they were going to issue me the refund and they said they were only being nice and not admitted the fact that the car is unsafe. After a week of giving them the car back, the car is now back for sale online as Cat N. Beware of this people
