Excellent Can not fault them , From start to finish very very good experience, No pushing sales here happy to let you carry out check after check i even called a pal to come look over the van. Small issue with the break calliper that came to light within a few hours after the sale was done, called them and was fixed / replaced within days. AVOID! Blatant liars and time wasters. Test drove a van on Tuesday, called back that evening to say we would buy it once it had been MOT’d and offered to pay a deposit. Was told they would hold the van for us until Saturday and MOT in the meantime. Took out money during the week and arranged a quote to have some dents and scratches on the van fixed. Arrived back there today (Saturday as agreed) to purchase the van, only to be told the van has been sold. No courtesy phone call during the week to say there had been an offer, and clearly not men of their word after agreeing to hold the van whilst we sort the funds. Funnily enough as said in a previous bad review, Rupert who we dealt with is on holiday again.

Have been doing business with Rupert at Highfield Vans for over 5 years top bloke knows his stuff and always has a great choice of vans and tippers. Would recommend Highfield Vans To all my Friends and colleagues.
