Very unprofessional the do not answer calls the block emails my car has a fault within the 3 months of purchase, they have now ceased to respond to my emails, Have been advise to contact the Motor Onbudsmand, which is what i will now be doing, very disappointed and disgusted. They will give you the top service in order to sell their cars then the service fails afters

Transaction went smoothly the promised to complete repaired and valet car was done in time given The soft surface in the car could have done with a deeper clean seat etc.
I purchased my dream early birthday present to myself a range rover sports my handbrake has a fault on the 7th JUNE 2021the parking light illuminates flashing and a triangle amber/red light and also when the car is fully turned either side left or right an awful noise is heard I completed the required customer care warranty sent it off by recorded delivery it was signed for i have the tracking no and proof but yet Highlander claim to have not received the documents. I constantly call nobody answers that number ever. Please avoid you will eventually regret it
OJ the sales man was great. Had a few small issues with the car since buying it, but have sorted them my self as since buying the car noone has answered the phone 🤷♂️. One of the problems makes me question the guys that do the mots? But all in all Happy with the buying experience and the car seems great now. Just be nice if they answered the phone.
bought a car under a year ago and cost me a lot of money, the day i drove off the dealer the car broke down on the motorway just half an hour later and was told to drive it back so they could diagnose which was supposedly due to the vehicle sitting for too long. when i took to my local tyre garage found out that all four wheels were dangerously damaged on the inside which meant more expenses. i emailed a complained never got a response. Further down the line the car needed new suspension then new handbrake module hand brake cable, new battery , leaky diesel tank, faulty electrics which turned out to be bodged, and it did not end there when the car needed new starter motor, no air conditioning and when i asked on the day of collection i was told that it should work. now the engine is gone. now this leaves me with nearly 4k of expenses , more than 4 years finance to pay and no car to use to even to get to work. all my savings gone, not able to go to work, very very stressful depressing moment

Hi, I'm going through a very similar experience with Highlanders - I wish I'd seen your review earlier. Is there any chance we could talk? I'd like to know the outcome, how things were resolved and any advice you could offer. They took my money and the car back for repair but they are refusing a refund, blanking my emails and calls. Its been 3 weeks since they took my car. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Do not buy a car from this dealership! Worst customer service, will not communicate if you encounter a problem do not waste your money. Quick enough to take your money but then never respond if you have a problem. Avoid guys!!!!
