My experience with Cargem has been nothing short of appalling. What should have been a straightforward post-sale issue turned into four weeks of delays, conflicting updates, and complete lack of accountability. Communication was vague, dismissive, and often contradictory. Reasonable requests for clarification, timelines, or escalation were ignored. I’ve genuinely never dealt with a dealership less willing to take responsibility or communicate professionally. If you value your time, money, or peace of mind — avoid Cargem. I regret ever trusting them.

Quick enough to sell you a vehicle during lockdown but then when it goes wrong ie gearbox problems they claim there is nothing wrong but the independent report I had done shows different!! DO NOT USE IS MY PERSONAL OPINION!!

I have had no issues at all with my Audi from Hiltop Motors. It's wonderful. It drives perfectly and looks like new. The dealers were really helpful and knowledgeable and I would happily buy another car from here and I will recommend Hiltop Motors to all of my friends and family.

I bought a car from Hiltop Motors in January. It looked like it was in good condition and and had been nicely cleaned but I have had a few problems with the car that the dealer is refusing to accept any responsibility for. So, based on that I'm afraid that I wouldn't recommend them.

Great local dealer! I bought my BMW in January and when I got it, it had been cleaned and looked like new. I did have an issue with the thermostat but I took it back to Hiltop motors and they got it sorted no problem. They were really helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them.
