I reckon I've had 10 or 12 BMW's in the past, so when I visited Hilton Car Supermarket, I knew what I was looking for. I thought the sales process was well handled by Rohail, he was first class. It's been a very good car for what it is.

There was an initial worry with the car when I first got it because there was an engine management light that came on but it's since cleared, and the Jaguar is driving perfect. The whole transaction all went smoothly on the day and it was an easy purchase in the end.

Great service from the salesman at Hilton. I really appreciate they weren't pushy at all, just gave me free run to let me have a look around at my own pace. When buying they also managed to sort out the finance the quickest I have ever had it done before.

I was really satisfied by the service we received. I would score it a 5. We arrived about 20 minutes before closing time, just to browse, and we left with a car within about 45 minutes.
The staff were helpful and efficient and knowledgeable, they didn't try to push us into a finance deal or anything because we were clear about being cash buyers. There was some fair negotiations on price, we were given help to insure and tax the car instantly, and the process was quick and efficient.
I can't remember the name of the man who accompanied us on a test drive and put the sale through, but he was knowledgeable and polite.

Gugun was knowledgeable about a VW Tiguan that I bought. He rectified a number of problems to make the sale perfect
Unfortunately the car developed a gearbox fault. Venu, after sales manager authorised a repair of £2400 through Warranies2000 for repairs at a VW specialist, my preferred repairer and monies were refunded very quickly.
I am more than happy with the Car sales service
