Five star experience

Had a very good experience with Hilton Car Supermarket.

I have been to hilton several times over the past couple of months as I was looking for a specific car. Each time I went I had no problems. I saw that they were selling a BMW 5 series and went in to view. As soon as I arrived I was approached, there was no waiting around. Any questions I had were answered in great detail. ,My overall experience has been brilliant, from going to view to the cars to purchasing, it was quick and efficient in regards to the paperwork, working in retail for 15 years I know what is needed to provide good customer care and Hilton do it! I was very impressed with the way the actually listened to what I was saying and then taking it on board, there was no messing about or false promises. I would highly consider going back to them in the future. Thank you to everyone who helped.

I bought the car for my boy and as far as I know he's enjoying the car and hasn't encountered any issues. When I was in the dealership I found Saad really good, he made the process buying smooth and it didn't take much time at all to get everything completed. I would say that I was disappointed that there wasn't any room for negotiations on price, which took away from the experience slightly. But if they had this flexibility, it could have easily been a 5 star experience.

Raqib was good to deal with, he's a good man. Made everything really easy and simple when I bought my car, I would recommend this business as they are good.

When looking to buy a car I found Hilton online, I felt they looked allot more reliable than other dealers I had seen, so after a little online search to look at reviews and stock I decided to buy from them. The salesman Sunab was brilliant, really nice and friendly along with answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable. Overall I am happy, there was nothing significant that I would say to make it better, its a happy 4 stars from me.

I'm happy with my Mercedes from this dealer, its a lovely car. The oil was a little low but I have toped that up so hopefully that will be all good now. The salesman was good and made everything smooth with no hiccups to report.
