Recently purchased a Mercedes, my Wife drives it mainly and haven't heard any complaints. Happy Wife a happy life haha! I came across the vehicle on Autotrader and went to hilton to purchase. The customer care was very good, the staff were hands on and helpful. Although it was a busy place, i did not mind this and everything still got done quickly, I wasn't waiting around too long. I also managed to get a deal done so I am pleased. Positive all round, no complaints. 5 stars!

Perfect vehicle and perfect service. There is nothing I can fault. My Mrs drives the car more than me but we are both equally happy with it, it is a lovely vehicle for the both of us. I would 100% recommend Hilton as a dealership, they were great to buy from. And would highly consider purchasing from here again in the future.

I am really pleased with my purchase, I went for a VW Tiguan, it is a lovely car. In the first week of having it I did have some issues, however the team at Hilton, acknowledged this and sorted it all for me quickly. It was appreciated and I felt like they looked after me. I would use them again. Only giving a 4 out of 5 because there was the issues.

My new Jaguar F-Pace has been great, and the team was brilliant throughout the sale. I am still waiting for my warranty documentation and have tried to contact them multiple times, which is the only negative.

I would give a 4, it would be a 5 if the valeting was better. Contrary to the fact I live 3hrs away I would travel and buy from you again as the sales experience was professional and the aftersales is excellent.

I was a little disappointed because when I arrived at the dealership, the car was not ready as I had been told it would be. I had to wait around two to three hours, and there are a few ongoing issues that I am sorting out myself since I do not live close to the dealership. Syed was very helpful and did everything he could to assist. He answered all my questions clearly and went through all the paperwork with me. I really appreciated his support, and overall the experience was good, just let down slightly by the delays and minor issues. That is why I am giving a 4 out of 5.

The BMW 4 Series has been driving well, and I thought the customer service was okay. I would give my overall experience a 3.5 star rating.

My new VW Polo has been perfect. It has been working flawlessly, and the service I received while buying the vehicle was excellent. We did have to wait a little while at times, so I would give it 4 out of 5.

Haseed was the salesman who helped me at the dealership, and he was really good. He was efficient, and I believe he was new at the dealership. I think he will do very well.
