Everything good so far with my new vehicle from Hilton. I had to drive a long way to the dealership so it was disappointing that the vehicle was still being cleaned resulting in a long wait, but apart from this service was good.

Faulty car was sold March 2025 I have been following advise ever since from trading standards under consumer act, Hilton’s have ignored emails and calls numerous times, aftersales is non existent when it comes to problem solving. They have the faulty car they sold and it’s been 4 weeks since they collected it and I have still not received a refund or communication. I am having to now start legal proceedings. Awful untrustworthy company. Would avoid at all costs

Good service from the team at Hilton Car Supermarket, they are great people to deal with. Apart from a service due warning on the dash, the car is driving great and seems okay. I would give them a 4 out of 5, as communication could be better.
