Quick turnaround from Hilton, the salesman I dealt with was nice, I thought everyone did their job well. I did have an unfortunate issue with the the timing belt going and then having to pay for it out of my own pocket. Everything is okay with it now, and I think the good service has made up for the issue.

The service was okay, had to wait a few weeks to get the car sorted, as I found an issue while I was test driving. It was a bit disappointing with the communication, but it wasn't too much their fault as we had to wait for a part to come in. Since having it the issue hasn't repapered so I am pleased in that aspect. Overall I would rate a 3 out of 5.

I am quite impressed with Hilton, they took issues I had onboard such as a missing lock and wheel nut this got replaced quickly without any hassle. Since having the vehicle I have noticed that the parking sensors don't work properly and this is going to cost me around the £500 mark to sort, however it isn't something I have mentioned to Hilton, I am just going to resolve myself. Overall with everything in mind I would still use them again the service was good and I am pleased with the car and as far as dealerships go they are definitely up there with the good ones.

My wife is enjoying the vehicle, we both went down to the dealership it went quite smoothly. It was a very quick turnaround, I did leave a deposit on one vehicle, however when I viewed, it wasn't for me. They did however have a second vehicle there which we liked and went for! Hilton defiantly have a lot more options than most garages.

Everything was great with the salesman at the dealership except for one thing, which is why I have given a 3-star rating, and that is because I was told the interior had ambient lighting, and unfortunately it doesn't, but that is the only criticism.

There was a little bit of hassle at first, getting an issue sorted, however it has all been paid for and sorted now and I am really pleased with my purchase. I was equally pleased with the customer service from Haseed, he couldn't have been more helpful, great guy to deal with. I have already recommended Hilton to others, I think they are a great dealership and although there was an initial issue and a bit of delay getting that fixed I will still give a 5 star rating!

I'd initially missed out on a car because when I called to enquire I wasn’t told I could’ve left a deposit to secure it. Annoying but lesson learned! So as soon as I saw this Discovery Sport, I went straight onto Hilton Car Supermarket’s website and left a deposit — No way I was missing out twice! The guy I dealt with was Gagan and he was really informative without being pushy, which I think was honestly what I liked most. I felt like I could just make my own mind up if that makes sense. I also liked that you can walk in, tell them you just want to have a look around and nobody’s on your coat tails or pressuring you by following you around.. You’ve got free rein to have a proper peruse which I thought was great. Another thong worth mentioning was that when they prepped the car for my first viewing it was immaculately clean and polished. I’d viewed a few cars elsewhere before this and you don’t get a second chance to make a first impression. As soon as I saw it — because of how clean and well-presented it was — it pretty much made my mind up there and then.

There’s no obvious problems with my Jaguar XE other than a pressure sensor warning light which I believe's a pretty common issue and an easy fix. I dealt with three different salesmen on the day. They were all good, but one young lad who was fairly new really stood out as his service was great. Just being honest with my feedback...I’ve gone with four stars mainly because of the warning light and the fact the car could’ve been prepped to a better standard. A more thorough clean and it would’ve been full marks from me.

Had some issues with the tyre pressure which I don't feel like the sales person was completely honest about that dampened the overall experience. Had this not been the case then my feedback would be much more positive as everything else was fine
