Five star experience - Thanks Muhammad

We have been planning on getting a new car for a while and after looking at around 20 or 25 cars online and about 4 to 5 cars at Hilton themselves I settled on this F-Pace at Hilton Car Supermarket. Milton Keynes was a little further than I wanted to travel, but when we arrived we discovered it was the same place we got my Daughters Range Rover Evoque from, which she's had about 4 years now and apart from the usual teething problems ran fine. The whole process for myself was fairly straightforward as I knew what I wanted, I have always been into my Jaguar's and Land Rovers and we've always had SUVs. Apart from a slight issue at the start with a brake disc shield, which I sorted my self the car is all fine. I'd give them a 4, nobody gets a 5

Since purchase I had had an intermittent issue with the stop start which is a little annoying, but apart from that everything else is okay and I am happy with the car. The customer service was great, the staff even picked me up from the station and were very welcoming which was really great. Solid 4/5 rating from me.

The service I received from Eze and the staff at Hilton Car Supermarket as exactly as expected really, nothing spectacular but nothing to complain about either! I'm getting on well with my Evoque so far. I must admit, getting messages to let me know the actual car I wanted (which was over budget at the time) has since been reduced feels like rubbing salt in the wounds a little bit!

Since purchase everything has been okay. 5/5.

Everything’s been great with our new Tiguan — it drives beautifully and we’re really happy with it. We were initially looking for a Qashqai but we’re really glad we chose this instead. Apart from having the best coffee we’d had in a while, the guys at the dealership really made our experience extra special. My father hasn’t been too well lately but they were incredibly kind and patient, making sure he was comfortable and had caught up at each stage of the process before moving on. That really meant the world to us.

So far so good. 😊

I can't praise the young gentleman who helped me enough. His mum should be very proud of him. As soon as I submitted my enquiry he got in touch within minutes which was wow, sent me extra pictures straight away and was constantly updating me throughout. Ibi's an impressive young man and deserves five stars and more without a doubt.

I bought a discovery sport in November and over a month later I’m still waiting for the car to be fixed after it developed a few faults two days after I got it. After sales is poor and you can never get them on the phone and the online portal is slow to respond to messages. The only positive is the selection of cars they have but sales and after sales are appalling. Shop elsewhere.

I love everything about the car I'm just unhappy that the dealership sold me a car that wasn't serviced, with faulty brake pads as well and I'm not too sure whether the warranty on the car covers brake pads
