3, I had a couple issues with the cars fender in the wheel arch which I've had to sort out at my own expense

The car is all running fine, I needed the car for work, I was looking round and found this Toyota and happened to get a good deal on it. The only thing I didn't like was that both temporary insurance companies didn't work for me, so I had to take full insurance out, I felt I could've got a better deal on my insurance if I didn't have to rush it on the day. but that's not really on Hilton themselves. What I did like was the fact I could take a test drive and there wasn't any pressure to buy.

My A3 is defiantly an upgrade over my old car which was rubbish lol. I wanted an A3 and it seemed like the best one around at the time. We did have a slight frustration when we arrived, we were told we could collect in the morning and when we got there, we had to wait around until the afternoon before we could take it away. But apart from, that it was fine, its great and the car is lovely.

We haven't actually driven the car as we've been away. When we were having a look on Autotrader the Range Rover we got, seemed like the best deal. When we initially called they asked to place a deposit down which we didn't do and somebody else did. However, the car came back on sale a week later, they called us back to offer it to is again which was really nice and courteous to let us know it was back on the market. Then went down to test drive the car which all went fine. The only thing was that the waiting time was a little bit longer than expected and the coffee machine wasn't working, but when we did get seen (I can’t remember the gentleman's name) but he was very good, nice and seemed to care what he was doing.

I was after an upgrade and after having a look, Hilton had the car I wanted. I can't remember the person who helped me out but they made the whole process all good. There is a little bit of squeaking from the car but apart from that its all good.

Although some reviews online say different we were very impressed with the aftercare and service from Hilton. We had a ford Galaxy for 12 years, we decided to upgrade for a newer one, when we got it there was issues and Hilton took it all on board right away. The car did have to go back for a recall with Ford for the power control module while they were there they looked at the issues with the injectors we were having, as they were leaking, all 4 did need replacing, they quoted us £1800, Hilton without any drama got everything sorted for us. We couldn't have had better aftercare from the dealership. We'd rate our overall experience 5 out of 5! Thank you Hilton.

After having my Jaguar for a while it was time to change it into something a little bit bigger and nicer, the Landrover I got seems to be all good. I wish we could've negotiated a little more on price, but the salesman was friendly. It was a solid 4*

I've always wanted the 335 Beemer and after looking at the older versions at first, most of them were all knacked so went for this newer one. Hilton had was exactly what I wanted! It shakes a little under braking but its not an issue I've got warranty. The way they take they're pictures is amazing it made the car look 10-10 and to be honest its what sold the car to me. To be fair they were bang on, absolutely sound, 5 stars.

Genuinely the car is okay but there has been a couple of issues. In the first week everything was fine but then some notices came up on the dash for a service and an inspection. I took it to a garage and a new part/filter is needed for in the engine. It was a surprise to me as I would have thought it would have at least 6 months on it, or so I would have liked. They are covering the work for me so that isn't a problem, it is just the time it is going to coat me which isn't ideal. Genuinely speaking I am happy with the vehicle and I was happy when I bought it from them but they could have maybe revised the vehicle better before they sold it.

The car I purchased has been okay, however it has taken 8 weeks for the V5 to come through! The service while purchasing was okay the staff were nice enough. I wanted to get the car delivered and I was told it would be £200, I managed to get it down to £100 but then the salesman I was dealing with had to go get it authorised and was running about. I was there for well over 2 hours, I feel it could have gone smoother with some better internal organisation.
