We bought a car which was giving us problem, the car was picked up by them however after all our efforts our money has not been refunded. We have never been treated this bad before no one is willing to help

Great service especially after purchase when warning lights came on on dashboard. Work was authorised and payment made promptly after it was completed. Very happy and would definitely use again for my next car.

My only criticism was the wait we had an appointment booked but didn't get to speak to anyone for a good hour later . Other than that the sales team were great and we love our new car

Bought my car from Hilton and it is brilliant. The service was good on the day of the sale, but it did feel informal with how it was run. I also was unable to get through to aftersales on the first few calls I made. However everyone there was so nice and helpful, and I would possibly use them again.
