Experience was ok, felt abit slow as busy on the day. I had an issue with the battery but replaced it myself. They have booths before you get of member of staff which could be improved and there was no coffee but the staff were good as gold. Once into the process it was quick. I have already recommended them.

Experience was alright. All done in one day with a little wait on handover but nothing to complain about. Had to change the battery apart from that everything’s fine

Car is perfect. We checked the dealership and saw the showroom and decided to go to them. They were professional, flexible and had time to go through things with us and finally got the car. Good customer service. Elijah was very good but the information provided about the car was not 100% correct but I let it go. We went with a different car originally but had issue with the clutch. I gave four stars as I felt they didn’t have enough options in full electrical cars or hybrid petrol small engines however, the aftersales staff sorted everything out and I decided to change the car and we went for the Mitsubishi, so far all good.

The car I bought is running fine. I went to Hilton Car Supermarket as they had a selection of Jaguars all in one place, ideal multiple choice. Process was very prolonged, they could have done things a lot quicker. Had to keep interrupting their internal meetings, otherwise very good.

It’s a great car I love it. They were quite far away and would have preferred to buy more locally but I wanted the car. I called up, put a reserve on it and went to see the car. On the day it was very long winded, car wasn’t prepared despite telling them I was coming. It wasn’t clean and needed a few repairs so had to wait till early evening. Once everything was done I was able to drive away. I did ask for some money back due to a poor valet which they did. The boys that serve you prior to the sales managers do try their absolute best, they go above and beyond with their clients. I think they area lovely company and have recommended them to a friend.
