I was looking for a pacific model and the Mercedes I found from Hilton car supermarket was the cheapest one. Good customer service and answered all my questions.

I truly appreciate your patience and help throughout the process, and I especially valued the fact that there was no pressure throughout the sale. The dealership was busy yet I still felt I had a personable experience from start to finish. The turnaround time was about a hour and I was able to drive away the same day. I went for a Audi Q5, I have found it to be a great car, I am enjoying it thoroughly. I would recommend Hilton to anyone, a great dealership with lots of options and customer focused staff.

Everything is going fine with the BMW at the moment it’s a new car so it’s quite nice to drive. The experience at Hilton car supermarket was good, didn’t blow me away but it was just a normal process what you would expect when buying a car. There customer service was quite good they helped me when I needed it.

Speedy service

4 the service was good overall but it took forever to actually take the away as they needed to clean it first. This was understandable as they were busy but we kept being told it will be ready in 10 minutes amd we waited over an hour. However, i love the car

I'm loving the BMW X6 I purchased from Hilton cars! I did send an email in regard to a refund with the logbook a week ago and haven’t heard anything back. Overall, I saw it on Autotrader and it was a good deal that caught my attention and the customer service was really good.

I am mostly happy with Hilton car supermarket however I am a little frustrated that the door lock on the driver side doesn’t work properly. Overall they had a good range of cars on offer for good value, Vikram who dealt with me was really helpful and did a walk around video with the car and sent it to me which helped me get a really good look before I travelled.

This is my first time buying a second hand car. What stood out to me at the dealership was how accommodating they were. I had a lot of questions, and they were more than happy to answer them. Since the purchase, the car has been running perfectly. I'd give the service a 5.
