I found Hilton Car Supermarket online through Autotrader. The Skoda I bought has been good. I would have hoped for a bit more room to be able to look over the car as my son came with me, who's a mechanic, and there wasn't much space. Other than that, the people were lovely.

Not had a single hiccup with the Mercedes C-Class, it drives great. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant enough, they were approachable, and I don't have a single bad word to say about them. 4.5 stars, as you can always strive for perfection.

The Audi A5 has been good, Enjoying it, I thought the guys at the dealership handled it very well, and I haven't had any issues with the car.

We seen Hilton cars online and they had a good variety with good reviews. There have been a few little issues with the electricals but other than that it’s been okay. The customer service was very friendly.

I got my second car from Hilton cars, its an automatic opposed to the manual I previously owned. I find the change good and I quite like the fact how straight forward my experience was.

We bought the car for my daughter. She hasn't had any issues with the car so far. I did think the internal facilities were a bit outdated, but again, no issue in terms of the buying process.

My wife bought a Ford Fiesta from Hilton Car Supermarket going back about 10 years now, the service was fantastic, and we still have the car to this day. It's done over 150,000 miles. Which is why we went back to Hilton Car Supermarket to buy a Ford Kuga as a replacement for the previous car. a couple of things, such as we took the car to get the passenger door fixed, and it seems the car had been in an accident at some point, and there was no up to date service history. I'd still give my experience a high 3.5, there is some lessons to be learnt from it, but the customer service was okay.

I'm loving the BMW 2 Series. The difference between it and the Vauxhall Grandland I had previously is massive. I did have to change the battery and a wheel bearing, other than that, the guys were nice enough. I'd give my experience a 3.5-star rating.

I have recently downsized, so I was looking for a new car and where I moved Hilton Car Supermarket was close. I am happy with my experience considering I did not know about them before. The Mercedes is running fine I am quite pleased with it actually. Five stars, lovely customer service he supported me if needed he was brilliant.

Overall happy with the car. Sales team freindly and sale very easy. The reason for the 4 is that on the day of the test drive and initial viewing , which was pre planned, the car was not in an acceptable state. The interior had a high level of mould present where it had been cleaned and left damp. The salesman was apologetic and sent the car for a valet but a bit dissapointed. We walked around and noticed a lot of your cars had the same issue. Perhaps a different cleaning regime would help. All that said, happy with the vehicle overall.
