Anyone can give good customer service when you’re buying something — the real test is how they handle things when something goes wrong and honestly, these guys were as good as gold. As soon as we reported the issue they took the car back and gave us a courtesy car while it was being sorted. It’s been running great ever since and the missus hasn't complained which is always a good sign. I'm typically English in that I never give full marks, but I'm eally happy with how it was all handled.

Always great service from Andy, really pleased with my vehicle, no issues at all. I would highly recommend HKO if you are looking for a trustworthy dealership.

Andy was good to deal with and I'm pleased with the car. If I had to rate my experience as a whole, I'd go with 4/5.

So far I'm getting on okay with the Skoda – a bit of a mixed experience to begin at the moment. The rear brakes were very worn when I received the car, and there’s a wheel bearing that needs sorting. That said, communication has been decent. As soon as I raised the issues, I was asked to bring the car in for repairs, which I appreciated, so hopefully they will get sorted this weekend.

Happy with my Ford Edge so far, I've not come across any issues.
