The Citroen has been absolutely fine and I’ve had no issues with it. I decided to put four new tyres on and have a service and oil change done as there wasn’t a great deal of service history and I wanted it ready for winter. My experience with HKO Vehicles was really good. John was very polite, well mannered and explained everything clearly. The whole process was straightforward and I had the car within a few days. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 rather than 5 was because I thought the car may have been serviced before collection, although I didn’t mention this at the time. I would definitely recommend them to others.

HKO Vehicles are a brilliant company and they made the process nice and easy. There is a slight issue with the Range Rover Evoque, but it’s nothing major. They gave us an extended warranty, so we’ll get in touch with them about it soon. I don’t blame the garage for the issue at all. I’d give my experience four out of five, and it would’ve been a five if we didn’t have the issue with the car.
