Terrible! Great to buy from as their sales are good. But, aftercare is non-existent. They had my car for 3 months trying to fix it... a brand new car bought 2 months prior! Nissan - even worse! Terrible and I wouldn't recommend using them.

From the moment I got an email informing me my service was due to the time I picked my Clio up the service was great. The information I got from the reception staff when dropping my cli off. I received a video explaining what they looked for in the service from the service mechanic and telling me everything was looking good. Then when I went to pick up my Clio which have been cleaned inside and out( looked as good as the day I picked it up ) the receptionist went through all that was checked. Very very good service. Thank you to everyone who looked after my car and me just great service all round

It is always very daunting when you buy a car from the internet, especially when you have specific wants. You never know whether you can trust the salesman to give you an honest answer. I am very short and needed advice on the seat mechanism. Sorted. I have two big golden retrievers, would they fit in the boot. Sorted. From start to find finish everything was done over the phone, my lovely salesman, Gareth Morris made the whole process pain free. The car has just been delivered to my door and it has far exceeded my expectations, so thanks to Gareth and Mr Delivery man from a very satisfied customer. From Elaine, woofs from Jasper and Bran.

Dead easy to buy and thanks to Rachel at Crewe. My Megane from Holdcroft Renault Crewe is fantastic.
Drove 43 miles to a pre-arranged meeting to purchase car, cash and retention document (for new plate) in hand, only to find that the "salesman" who had confirmed the meeting was away, training..... Young lady was polite but despite my having an e-mail from her colleague with their offer outlined, came up with a completely new, more costly option. Apparently the sales manager she kept returning to could not be bothered to get off his chair..... TV advertising is no good if your staff are this bad

Know exactly how you feel bud, got ripped off by Holdcroft last year buying two Honda's which turned out to both be faulty - one was new from factory and I paid for extra kit to be put in and they fitted cheap tat which failed and then looked confused when I said why weren't the parts fitted Genuine Honda optional extra kit? The used car was sold as approved used, and came with a whole host of faults, I then find out it shouldn't have been sold as approved used at all as it was too old and they'd registered it under a listed plan warranty indicating they knew at the time it shouldn't have been sold as such! After 6 months worth of arguing and repairwork I left them a review as I'd had enough and they refused to do any further work until this was removed, in the end they brought both cars back from me but I now find it was done fraudulently as they purposely undervalued both vehicles to maximise their own returns whilst leaving me out of pocket! As a thank you for everything they put me through they banned me from not just their honda dealership in Cobridge but ALL Holdcroft dealerships to prevent me sharing my experience with other customers.
My husband bought a car from Holdcroft Crewe. A month later or old finance is not settled, no finance agreement paperwork, no GAP insurance confirmation and no one to contact us. To too it all off the sales manager lied to my husband saying he wasn't in work when not only did he email him back but we saw him when we took car in for repair. Bunch of liars and only care about the commission and not the aftercare. Put this on twitter and had no response

The dealers at Holdcroft in crewe were really helpful. I bought a car from them in September. They were happy to help in anyway they would and they sell very good cars. I have had no issues with my at all and the price was very good.

I can't thank Holdcroft motor group In Crewe enough !! Tuesday 19-04-16 was a day from hell . I Was taking my beautiful grand-daughter imogen to nursery school in Nantwich .When i I heard a strange noise come from my car. After dropping imogen of I headed to Crewe down the new road The noise got worse especially on the right side ,I started to panic as I know nothing about cars. So i stopped at Renault garage . The lady at the desk was so helpful .This lovely ladys name ( I hope she doesn't mind me giving her name out )Kelly Fletcher. She made me a brew , calms me down & said she would get a mechanic to have a look at my car. Turns out ( o/s/f shocker top mount collapsed requires top mount ) had gone !! She booked my car in , 9am Wednesday 20 th I have my car back has good has new , where else in the country would you get service like that . Thank you Holdcroft you and your staff were brilliant WELL DONE YOU !!
Excellent customer service, very smooth purchase for our second car from Holdcroft Crewe. Zoe made the whole process very easy and pleasant, she answered all our questions immediately by phone, email and in person. I hope to deal with her again for our next one.
