Lady that we dealt at Holdcroft Nissan in Northwich was really good. Although told us road tax was £20 yearly only to be told it was £120. Service though dreadful really. Husband sat for ages on collection day as car not ready from 4 days before.Supposed to of had service,on checking at my son's garage he found air filter so dirty it had not been changed from new,oil needed topping up a lot and I had a complete oil change done because it was so filthy. Tyre pressures on all 4 tyres we're undefeated. Spent over £300 on service for the next few years and now don't trust them to do this,so will be taking to my son's. Also undervalued a 2015 note I've since found out. My qashqai is lovely though.

Poor call handling when booking a service. Management failed to respond to complaints and issues over the last 12 months. Surveys not responded to. Today Holdcroft Nissan Northwich lost a customer who buys multiple cars through poor customer after sales care.

Know exactly how you feel bud, they're an appalling place to deal with, left me with two faulty cars - one brand new from the showroom and another approved used that wasn't actually approved used, they put it on a listed plan warranty from the get go indicating they knew it wasn't approved used and sold it anyway! Had 6 months worth of repairs before I had enough and left them a review warning other buyers - they then refused to do anything to the vehicle until the review was removed, in the end they purchased both vehicles back and I now find they did it fraudulently as they misrepresented the true values of the car and underpaid for both vehicles! And because I refused to accept their shoddy ethics and blatant lies they banned me from every dealership as a result (not just this dealership, but ALL holdcroft dealerships) I asked for the managing director to speak to me but he remained in his ivory tower and declined my invitations. Holdcroft - breaking their customer promise for going on 53 years...

I purchased a Used Qashquai from Holdcrofts in Northwich and the service I received from Andy was absolutely first class. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I’m exceptionally pleased with the car. It looks almost new and it’s nearly 3 years old! Well done Holdcrofts Nissan and a big thank you from a satisfied customer.

I purchased a Nissan Juke from here in October 2015. At first they gave me a vehicle that was the wrong spec but they sorted that out. They were nice and quite helpful but I wouldn't say I would recommend them based on the fact they gave me the wrong car.
