I had a problem with my recently purchased Qashqai which was unlikely to be covered by the extended warranty. I took it back to the dealership at Northwich and spoke with Dylan who had originally sold me the car. He and a technician inspected the fault, booked my car in for repair, organised a courtesy car and - as it was unclear whether the fault had been pre-existing - agreed to split the cost.

Everyone we have spoken to at this branch is incompetent. Please see the definition of incompetent: "not having or showing the necessary skills to do something successfully" They don't show willing to help, have the skills to help nor have any enthusiasm within the trade to operate successfully. I have never been so disappointed at any sales department than I am with these guys. The after sales care is less than 0%, sorting out anything with them requires multiple calls and chasing up. I would say the worst quality of everyone working in this branch so far is the inability to call back. Several phone calls have gone something like this: Nissan Non-Care Assistant: "Sorry, the person you need to talk to isn't here right now. Let me take your details and I'll get another non-care assistant to get in touch with you ASAP" We have not been called back once. Needless to say, we will not be getting another car with these guys or any other Holdcroft in the UK, ever.

Just bought a Duke N-Connecta from them after going in for a faulty door handle that was not fixed by NISSAN Chester. Carol on reception (along with many other things I am sure) was totally professional, polite, warm and extremely friendly. Chris (who sold us the car etc) was a gentleman, charming, friendly and exceeded our expectations. In the current Covid climate-the service was second to none. I will never go anywhere else from now on. Great team!

Had my 68 plate juke serviced at holdcroft northwich. £250 for a filter and oil change. The techicians could reset the service indicator. Apparently it needed a 'master technician' who wasnt in that day. I took the car home, checked the internet and 5 minutes later reset the indicator! To cap it all my car came out dirtier than when it went in. Unprofessional, expensive and thoroughly useless dealer.

Lady that we dealt at Holdcroft Nissan in Northwich was really good. Although told us road tax was £20 yearly only to be told it was £120. Service though dreadful really. Husband sat for ages on collection day as car not ready from 4 days before.Supposed to of had service,on checking at my son's garage he found air filter so dirty it had not been changed from new,oil needed topping up a lot and I had a complete oil change done because it was so filthy. Tyre pressures on all 4 tyres we're undefeated. Spent over £300 on service for the next few years and now don't trust them to do this,so will be taking to my son's. Also undervalued a 2015 note I've since found out. My qashqai is lovely though.
