5 rating because everyone at Hollins Cars are always extremely helpful, very professional and very friendly. Nothing's too much trouble, I've purchased two vehicles from Hollins Cars to date and I and will definitely do so again. Finding people you can trust is a rare thing in my experience, I've always been very pleased with the service I've received from everyone at Hollins Cars.

My new car has been sound as a pound, and the service I received at Hollins Hill Car was fantastic. They were all polite and answered all my questions truthfully.

We were recommended to Hollins Hill Cars by a friend of ours, so we went down to have a look around. We saw a few cars that we liked but ended up going with the Suzuki in the end, which we are happy with. Richard was brilliant and very helpful.

The customer service at Hollins Hill was good, and as it is local to me, it is a convenient garage for you. I am pleased with the purchase.

After driving away from Hollins after buying my Astra, unfortunately an engine management light came on this was something to to with a the electronics, but as soon as I got in touch with the dealer (Richard specifically) he couldn't of done more for me, he gave me a curtsey car and got away with ordering the part to get it sorted as soon as possible. I went to collect my car yesterday and its so far so good. Richard bent over backwards to help me, even added some fuel in the car as they took it for a test drive to ensure all was working, which I thought was a really nice gesture. I cant rate it 5 stars as there was an initial issue with the car, but they did their best to put things right.

My new Hyundai is running really well from Hollins Hill Cars since buying it. The salesmen and staff down there are really friendly with the customers and efficient as well, from enquiry to driving away it only took around 4 days, which included them completing a service and MOT. When I went to collect the car I was in and out within 15 mins, which was perfect as I was on my lunch from work, The car was valeted well and completely ready for me to drive away. Would consider buying from them in the future - 5 star service!

We would be very happy to award the top rating of 5. The main things that impressed us were the lack of pressure put on us to buy, plus the friendliness and willingness to deal in detail with any points we made. Every success in the future.
