I purchased a Fiat Doblo MPV from the franchise at the screen price. It had a noise from the rear when test driven which I asked to be resolved but wasn't when I picked the car up. It was also due a 21k service and although the wheels were removed the brake pads were not changed despite being 1.5 mm from the wear indicator and the tyres which had worn to 3mm & 3.5mm on the front were not changed or rotated to the back which is recommended by most manufacturers as tyres are now dated and should be changed with age as well as wear. I had to make two further trips to resolve the shock absorber problem when one shock absorber was changed instead of the pair (again motor engineers recommend replacing in pairs to avoid unpredictable road holding). A letter to the franchise director after his 'how did we do' has yet to receive a reply after 6 weeks and I have had to replace the parts listed at my own expense. I think the quality of a company is found in how they react when problems arise
