Took down for cam belt went from £365 to £812 for no reason pull car out and took to local halfords and they try to ask me for £58 for half hour to look at car
Absolute shambles. Do not use Howard’s Kia. Car was damaged during service and they accused me of doing it. Managers reprimanding staff in front of customers. Serious Covid-19 safe guarding failures. Staff think it’s amusing to joke about having coronavirus at a time where tens of thousands have died and Weston hospital is closed. Dishonest people who care more about a few pounds then keeping their customers happy and protected.

Took our kia rio to Howards Kia in Weston Super Mare for an service and mot, they moved the service time at last minute. we left the car with them for a short time , we asked for an update should for any reason the car be not ready from the m.o.t , the car had failed on a monior part issue , we were told at 16.25 pm on that day the car would not be ready for collection only that the park would be in on monday ,not when the car would be fixed , so we were advised to hire a car as they could not give us an date for the work to be complete , to our surprise saturday morning we get an phone call to say the car is ready , great the car is ready but much to our surprise after the trainee advisor who has not got a clue what she is doing advises us otherwise , we has gone to the cost of hireing a car for the week so my wife was able to carry out her work dutys , not even an offer of a tempory hire car from them as most decent car deals these days offer . nor did they want to pay for our cost of the car hire ,do not have a clue what they are doing.

In August, I went to Howards Kia. I purchased a Kia Sportage. The car was clean and in good condition other than a few dents in the body work which the dealers said they would remove and they did but they missed one. But overall I am happy and the car was a good price. I would recommend.

I went to Howards Kia and bought a Nissan Qashqui about 6 weeks ago and everything has been fine since! The car needed fumigating due to the e x owner being a smoker but the dealership dealt with this no problem. I am happy overall and I would recommend this dealership. Everything worked out lovely.
