Went down it hs cars to buy a vehicle, and was completely surprised at how bad this place really is!! It is home to the rudest and most arrogant man I've ever had the misfortune to meet, I only wish I read all the bad reviews online before going there to save myself a trip, I never leave reviews but feel I have to, hopefully it will save some one else a bad day, so glad I never bought the car as their after sales reviews are terrible.

I never leave reviews but this time i believe i had to, especially where credit is deserved. I bought my BMW M6 from mark at HS cars ltd+im more than happy. May i state that hes the most honest, helpful, friendliest, considerate+most genuine of car dealers ive ever dealt with. Being from cardiff+having to travel far, i asked him everything about the car+description before leaving, but when i arrived i noticed the car was in better condition than he described! I ended up being there for hours sorting out bank transfer, insurance etc but felt welcome+I enjoyed his company, also he taught me how to use the SMG gearbox which ive now mastered! The car is the best ive ever had+if mark and HS cars were based in cardiff i would certainly use him every time for new car purchase. So may i say a big thank you to mark+HS cars ltd chichester, highly recommended!!!! :)

mark is a good mate and i have had 9 cars from mark never had a problem if any thing goes wrong he will sort it out stright away and i will allways bye my cars from him.n.hoddinett

My wife and I have been buying cars form Marc at HS Cars for many years. We have always found Marc to be knowledgable and honest. In each of our many purchases we have never been pressurised by Marc in any way. If we've had any issues post sale he has always rectified them. We will definitely be purchasing another car from HS Cars

I would not hesitate to recommend HS CARS. Mark ,the owner, was first class right from the start offering good advice and explanation about the car I was interested in. He keep to his promises and the car, that I bought, was ready on the day that was agreed and with the things done to it that were promised prior to the sale.If you your looking for top quality service and top quality well priced cars call in and have a look.Thanks Mark the car is great!

Appalling. Mark is your best friend until the deal is done. The three month warranty "only covers breakdowns" despite Sale of Goods Act requiring him to repair any defects. My car had a timing chain problem which he tried to insist was BMW's problem to fix. Once it actually broke down, it took him 6 weeks to get a new engine fitted (he claimed it was other people's problem and 'was on holiday' for most of the time, not bothering to have his company chase things up for me) which then promptly overheated. When I tried to have the car returned under the Sale of Goods Act (as is my right under the law) he refused, he argued back and forward with my solicitor that me exercising my legal rights was 'inappropriate' and then started reporting that his business 'had no money' when I got close to actually taking him to court. I never successfully returned the car, still have it, and it is still causing me problems. He plays nice until he has your money, but then doesn't want to know.

Do not buy from this man, he is rude, arrogant, obnoxious and does not want to help at all. Avoid at all costs
