I bought a Audi etron GT and after 5k miles the heating stopped working. I phoned this garage who firstly told me they would not provide a courtesy car and then told me they could not look at the car for a week - meanwhile they expected me to drive around in a misted up car in 6 degrees!!!! I asked if a technician could advise over the phone on re set or the like - no! I would seriously consider an alternative to this garage if you are foolish enough to buy an electric Audi

"Sold me a CAT S car, still not resolved"

Purchased a car in January 2021 during lockdown (part exchanged my current vehicle in against it), all seemed well at the start, but when I picked the car up in question an Audi A3 S Line (registration LM17 UBH) it had a side skirt hanging off the car, apparently all cars are "Audi approved" and checked but this got missed, they said they would order a new one and get it back in to fix. Week later I washed the car and all the polish of the car that they put on the car, then noticed there was no lacquer on the car on the front wing and bad sand marks. I called and they said to fetch it in and let the body shop manager take a look as they wasn't sure that would be correct. 1 week later I took it back in, they looked at it and the body shop manager came out himself to look, he agreed the car had been damaged and some one had sanded it down too much and gone through the lacquer and it would need spraying and it should be like that, it was a bit suspicious as this was the same side as the side skirt that was hanging off. They didn't hide it or argue which was good as it was clear as day that it damaged and tried to be covered up, why Audi Huddersfield didn't see this I don't know before selling it, or they did and tried to cover it up. Weeks pass and I hear nothing still, I chased it up and talked to the body shop manager, he tells me they found more damage under the car when removing the side skirt and needed a special tool to pull the sill back out as it was damaged and pushed in, I obviously asked for a full refund and my car back as Audi Hudderfield sold me a CAT S car that was unrecorded and they shouldn't have. It then got worse as not only did they agree it was damaged and it shouldn't have been sold to me but they had sold my car on, so they had to give me a full refund. Horrendous experience and obviously a bunch of cow boys that don't check their own cars properly before selling them or they do and don't care, I hope they did the right thing and reported this car as been a frame damaged CAT S car, I will also post a picture of it here so no one else purchases it without knowing. They refunded me all the money back including the money I lost in TAX for the first 2 months, but they also then forgot to take my name of the V5 and I had to chase them up 2 times to do this, also 3 month on and I am still waiting for them to post all my belonging back to me that were in the car, which they agreed to post out to me, im still chasing them up about this and waiting for a reply from Damien Smith to the last 3 emails I sent asking for my belonging back, he seemed so nice until I received the car then he stopped responding, im also waiting for a call back from a manager to get my belongings back and still nothing. all I can say is stay away from this branch and it is appalling service and standard of work. if any manager at this branch reads this please call me to rectify this if you care about your customers.

What started out as a wishful warranty claim on a 5 year old RS6 turned into me spending £4k with them on my car. Ateeq (Body shop manager) told me from the offset it was highly unlikely Audi in Germany approve warranty work to the body outside of the 3 year 'new car's warranty period. Nevertheless, he put forward my claim and supported my application by justifying why the work needed doing (rightfully so) and got it approved! My car was booked in with Bradford Audi the following week who were terrible at answering the phone and returning back messages which concerned me as my reason for paying extra for work at a dealership was to recieve a hassle free, certified workmanship with genuine parts. My confidence was somewhat lost and out of curiosity, I asked Ateeq to see if he could beat the quote on my car Bradford Audi had supplied. Straight away Manjit (Service Representative) saved me £200 even though Bradford & Huddersfield are a Sytner Company. Moreover, they arranged a courtesy car and ensured it was Covid Safe and replaced my battery in the key for free. They also carried out a full 4 wheel alignment including camber and caster when Bradford were offering only front wheels. Finally, the overall service I recieved from Elliot was outstanding. I run a business myself and customer service is at the top of my business agenda and I recieved the service I expected. Thanks guys, keep up the great work.

Mis-sold service, scare tactics for replacing parts - Audi Huddersfield continues to stretch the boundaries, sadly in the wrong way. Quoted me for wiper replacement... they are 2 weeks old. ""Rear Brake pads 80% worn - REPLACEMENT REQUIRED TODAY".... Err No it's not... the price was then 3 times my local garage! Ad-Blue top-up was twice the price you'd buy it in the shop! I've been told that the tech's there are paid commission for the work they manage to get customers to pay for... and that the hourly rate increases based on the value of the car! Joke - Never go here... I didn't buy the car from them that was being serviced, they tried to mis-sell me that too! Ended up buying it from Stockport Audi (WAY better offer), when cancelling the Huddersfield order, they accidentally contacted me via email saying "he's cocked it".... JOKERS

I approached Huddersfield Audi in February 2018. I was interested in a car there. Having had a company car for the previous 8 years I was new to what options were available to me. I explained due to my job role I would want the option to upgrade or return the car within 18-24 months. Based on this, I was advised by the sales consultant to take a 36 or 48 month PCP. The reason he said this would be the best option is ‘I could return the car after I’d made half my payments’ he confirmed I could return the car after 18 months on a 36 month PCP or 24 months on a 48 month PCP. I clarified this again at the dealership before signing the agreement to which he said - ‘we will be calling you in 18 months with options to upgrade you anyway’ my partner was with me when I visited the dealership & also heard this. When I was ready to upgrade, I called a few months prematurely to see if I could upgrade around March. The consultant I spoke to ran some figures & told me on an upgrade the monthly cost would be slightly higher if I was to upgrade before September, so I decided to wait. I called back in September, both myself & the consultant spent a lot of time finding the right vehicle & price I was happy with. I was over the moon we found the one I wanted. I then called the finance company to confirm I would like to make my voluntary termination to be told by the finance company I would need to pay £3600 to voluntarily terminate!!! They told me I can’t terminate until I have paid half the financial value, not half the months as I was advised originally by Huddersfield Audi. I contacted Huddersfield Audi to make them aware of this. I signed the original agreement based on the wrongful information the consultant told me when I was initially buying the car. I knew it wouldn’t be an issue though due to all the telephone calls I’d made & what had been said to me on these calls. I knew all they would need to do is listen to these calls & the issue would be resolved as that would confirm my miss-selling allegation. After making a complaint & a request under GDPR for the calls to be provided to me, conveniently there is a technical fault & all of the calls I made to Huddersfield Audi over an 18 months period. Not 1 call is available. I find it extremely suspicious & convenient that they record calls (as confirmed on their automatic message before you are connected to the dealership) but all of my calls made to the dealership aren’t available due to a technician fault! I feel they manipulated my vulnerability in the situation when I was buying my car. Ignore what they say & read your documents to the granular detail & what they are advising is false.

huddersfield audi is the worst place in the world use your local garage save loads of money and would actually get work done as audi have a bad habit of taking money for work they have not carried out be careful my car had a tracker system and I left the car with audi Huddersfield and they had told me they did all the work and took the vehicle for a 30 mile test drive when the car had only been started for a couple of seconds and drove 5mph so I showed them this proof and made it clear I would be taking them to court as the just charged me for so much work and evidently they didn't even touch the car so then they decided to give me a free service and tyres.

This dealership get the medal for the worst German dealership in the uk, shoddy dishonest management and staff. I believe they have fake 5* reviews on google based on my experience! Avoid Sytner Huddersfield Audi.
