I Car Group were very helpful and friendly. I purchased a 2010 RR Sport for a top price, as low mileage and bodywork great. My issue was that within 5 months it cost me another £7000 for repairs to suspension when a fault indicator came on. The suspension anti-roll bar was leaking and would have been an MOT failure, the break pads and discs were also very worn and would be MOT failures so were all replaced. There were numerous other faults which developed too. Wayne gave me a new MOT when I purchased it. My advice, get an AA inspection on any cars of value before buying from this dealer. Do not rely on the MOT.
Wayne and Paula are very professional and honest. Fair price given for my car and fair price for theirs. Will gladly do business with them again. The car is great.
I Car Group was very Professional, explained everything very well to me and it all went smoothly while doing the paperwork. It really was very good. However I recently got a issue with the BMW and now they are not answering me. Apart from that though I cant complain, I would recommend

Hi. I just read your review and I think got in the same situation as you. They was very good when I bought BMW 2 month ago but it broke down. I contacted them straight away and got respond but after that can’t get them not on the phones or email. What was happened with your problem? Did they finally respond to you and did they help?
Very satisfied by the service from I Car Group, Paula and Wayne are two of the nicest people i have met, traded in my old car with no trouble priced for what it was worth, i am very pleased with my Vauxhall Astra VXR i brought off them, i would highly recommend buying a car off them.

I Car Group is a very nice garage dealing with some lovely (sadly, out of my price range) vehicles. My budget is limited, but they had the car I wanted at the price I could afford. Regardless of how much I had to spend, the service was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, the car looked beautiful when I collected it, which made me really happy. Couldn't say enough great things about wayne and his wife, really helpful, friendly and honest with me. Having been stung in the past with other garages, next time I'm looking to buy a car, I will definitely check with them before anyone else.

I've noticed 2 BMW prices change on traders website over a matter of days! Plays around with prices to rip off legitimate customers, not many trusted garages out there and I Car Group is one of them based on my experience!
I've had no issues with the car before or after my purchase in March. I Car group were great, 100% happy with the service and this is a dealership and experience that I would recommend them to anyone.

Couldnt have asked for better or more!!!! They were just spot on with everything, anything I asked they did, everything i wanted to know they told me.
