Filled out all the forms to sell my car and received an email the next morning saying that they were interested in my car,and would I call to discus futher.Called and spoke to Iain who said he was just with a customer,and would call me as soon as he had fininshed with the customer,its now over a day later and no call,don''t waste your time with Iain Mutch Specialist Cars.

Filled out the forms, was told by Iain that he was very interested in my car. Sent more details/pics/videos, showing that my car was immaculate, as described. Heard nothing since, what a total waste of time Iain Mutch Specialist Cars is.

I sent Iain an email with the details of my BMW M5, he called back within a couple of hours and after a quick chat told me he wanted the car but would need to check the prices. He later called back and said okay to my price which was better than anyone else was offering, that was Monday afternoon. On Wednesday morning Iain arrived, gave my car a quick check, paid me in full via bank transfer and that was it, simple, easy and he was gone in under one hour. I was honest about my cars condition, Iain agreed on viewing it and we are both happy about the deal. I recommend you give Iain a try if you want a quick and easy sale.

Iain Mutch contacted me by telephone on the 5th February and agreed to purchase my BMW . He promised to contact me after weekend on Monday and we talked about him collection the car on Tuesday afternoon. He failed to contact me as promised . After I sent e mails asking what was happening., on Tuesday he e mailed to say he could contact me later. As he did not come back I an e mail to ask if he still wanted the car. He has not had the decency to respond and during this period there was no answer to my telephone calls.
