Bought cars from here before and have always been well looked after. Good quality cars here at reasonable prices. Got a great car which I'm delighted with. As a long standing customer I was given a couple of hundred off plus Mot etc. Phil is great as a reassuring presence.

Some nice cars here... but rude impatient staff I'm afraid... wanted car for me and one for my ither half. I found a car really liked it..spike to guy in showroom who at one point told me " take it or leave it" as he was very busy!!! which annoyed me straight away. I.paid deposit as it was a Saturday and needed to switch my private plate. which I could only do on Monday morning on the car i wanted to part ex with them but then found out I'd forgotten to change my log book from my last address. Did this same day and waited... for it to come in post Staff member when I spoke to him. on phone he huffed and puffed and swore with annoyance .. said he wasn't happy about waiting and told me.only way round it was to give up my private plate to him (£500) I wasn't willing to do this so waited for log book return... following Monday on 6th working day called him and he said he couldn't wait any longer so they kept my £100 deposit. I loved this car. But felt completely bullied by this man. We were looking for two cars and willing ro pay 7k for mine and 10k for my partners.. this dealer obviously dosent need the sales and is making too much money if that's how they treat people. Disgusting customer Service.... Avoid avoid avoid unless you have some patience and some.backchat!

Recently purchased two cars from Ian Farrell Motor Company, I have had cars from them before and can not fault them. Would highly recommend.

I bought my car 5 to 6 months ago.since beginning it start to give ESP fault, I went many times with video evidence, they did not sort it out, even they kept it for one day and night. When they sold this car they told me one years Service and mot. But after 4 months it started to give massage car need service.they told me it will fix with computer, when I went there, they co-operated to fix it, but guy who sold this car, he started to telling me we charge £45. Then I said how it possible service suppose to be one year not for some months.. Then he said go and don't come again.. Overall I got big disappointment..

I bought from this dealership and found them extremely helpful and went well above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the vehicle. The business is clearly well established due to its high quality commitment to ensuring customers are satisfied.......thank you.
