After 5 terrible attempts at buying a Touareg from disinterested, dishonourable and down right dishonest used car establishments, it was a breath of fresh ait to chance upon Ian Kinsey. The car I went to see, was presented in immaculate order (set against a back drop of un cleaned and smelly cars) and living up to every detail of Ian's written and spoken description.
