TRUST IBZ MOTORS- THEY KNOWINGLY SOLD ME A SEVERELY FAULTY CAR - GREY LAND-ROVER DISCOVERY Please please be extremely careful when buying a car from this company. I would strongly advise not to purchase a car from them unless you have an independent car inspector to check the car before paying your money. Bought a car from them in April 2024 and the car appeared to be working fine but within 30 days , the nightmare started. The cars windows wouldn’t close and the engine light started flashing. We called RAC who ran a diagnostics check and the check came with a long list of issues. Contacted IBZ motors which was really difficult and extremely rude staff , we ended up taking the car back. They fixed the windows and claimed the engine light was only flashing because it needed Ad Blue. We got the car back and the light disappeared but it started flashing again after a month. Again we took it to a garage and again the check came out with a long list of issues like before , inlcluding the turbo charger , the engine needs changing which will cost thousands to repair and I contacted IBZ regarding this broken car that they’ve sold me and they told me that my warranty had ended and they told me that they had seen the Trustpilot review that I had previously left about them and told me to stop calling them and to stop bothering them. Extremely use and zero customer service!! I then put in a complaint via the finance company regarding IBZ and my complaint was upheld. The investigation found that the car had a long list of issues at point of sell so IBZ clearly knew that they were selling me a car with so many issues. After I won the complaint they were ordered to collect the car and to complete all repairs. IBZ came and collected the car and took it away for repairs for them to repairs. After 2 weeks they called us to say repairs were complete car ready and for us to come collect. We went to collect the car and after about 30mins into our drive back home that very same day, the car started flashing all sorts of warning lights and faulty engine lights again on the dashboard and the car completely came to a hault on the motorway, and we were stuck on the motorway had to call AA who took us back home. Clearly IBZ MOTORS had not done any repairs at all and are crooks on every level , we contacted them . IBZ then said they would come and collect it and try and fix it again at this point I was not having it . I did not want the car anymore and requested my money back. The processes took a long time and all the staff at that garage including FAZ are very rude. I have bought cars in the past from different garages but my experience with this particular IBZ MOTORS garage was like a nightmare from hell and thank god this nightmare is over now!! And I feel sorry for the next person who is going to be sold that car. I would not recommend them , not even to my enemies that’s how bad these guys are , FAZ and the other staff there nightmares!! FINALY AGAIN I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND ANYONE THAT IS CONSIDERING TO BUY A CAR FROM THIS GARAGE TO TAKE AN INDEPENDENT ASSESSOR TO THOROUGHLY INSPECT THE CAR BEFORE THEY COMMIT TO BUy , TO ENSURE YOU ARE PAYING FOR A ROADWORTHY CAR AND YOU WILL THANK ME LATER !!!

Excellent dealership, Fez was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to help both during and after sale, unfortunately it is rare to find a used car dealership that provides good aftercare following the purchasing process but at ibz motorz they do! We had some minor issues following purchase all of which were remedied regardless of cost. There was no scrimping, proper OEM parts sourced and installed, even an issue dealt with 2 months after purchase.

These dealers sell cars with hidden problems. I bought a Mercedes S class for £32,000 and found out that it has steering problems. It is now costing me around £5000 to fix this car problem. I think they should be responsible for what they sell, and not hide the problems of the cars sold. BEWARE and do not use these dealers who, when I went to ask them for an answer, were rude and nervous that I came to them. For that, one star is too much for them, but unfortunately, there is no lower qualification. The invoice I have presented to the dealer is from the Mercedes-Benz branch which is covered all over the world and was the issue the vehicle already had but hidden by the dealer. They even asked for £80 to fill the air-con but in the end, eventually changed they mind.

Really impressed. I found the car online and had a a chat with Faz. He was extremely helpful and promptly replied to any questions asked. The first impression of the dealership on arrival was good and just got better. The car was exactly as they described. I would definitely buy another car from them and recommend them to anyone.
