I was looking on the world wide web for a Motor, i came across Ideal Car ltd and was amazed with the selection on offer, a good look through their catalog of vehicles and i decided on one so i dropped them a quick message, i was amazed by how efficient they were at responding, we chatted away and i decided to go for a test drive, Lee was very friendly and wasn't pushy to buy, we sat down chatting about Government Police and all that, then i decided to go for a test drive the car ran smoothly then i decided to get finance for the motor vehicle, lee sorted it all out and i was happy with the repayments. I would recommend ideal car ltd, The vehicle was clean and tidy

Easy to deal with and a simple process. Lee who helped with my finance, even offered to treat me to a chicken burger from a local fast food place.

Brought my car last week and went down to the showroom with the intention of getting another car however I was given the opportunity to look around and left with something completely different after talking with the staff who advised me on the better option for my circumstances. Left with something different but completely satisfied and was also taken car of beautifully and very clean

Phoned up and was met with a lovely man who answered all my questions and was happy to talk me through everything as I didn’t understand the finance part but nothing was too much trouble. Went down next day and got my dream car and drove away happy

Awful. Absolute scammers, would not use this company if they were the last dealership on earth. Sell faulty cars and are professional con artists. I am disgusted with their customer service and ability to keep integrity within their company

I bought a car from these conmen, and on the way home I had the engine light come one and the wheel sensor light come on. After taking the car to a few garages to get the vehicle diagnosed I was told it needed to have its timing chains done. Russel and co from ideal car ducked and dived me for a couple of weeks avoiding my calls. Once I finally got the car back to them, they once again avoided my phone calls, told me they would call me back but didn’t, told me the last person I dealt with had left the company. And every now and then would tell me there was something else that needed to be fixed with the car, that’s why they still have it. They have the car and the money. At this point I just want the money refunded, the car is clearly in a very bad way.
