I was looking for a car to replace my mother’s old Hyundai Matrix, as she was finding it difficult to handle the manual gearbox and heavy clutch. We had a fairly strict budget, and I wanted to find the lowest mileage automatic MPV I could find. Having researched and decided a Vauxhall Meriva MPV would fit the criteria, I found a very low mileage car at local Franchise dealer. Unfortunately, due to an internal error they sold the car to another customer leaving me to break the news to my Mother, who had recently just recovered from cancer, that she wouldn’t be getting the car. Having to start my search from scratch, I was delighted to see an advertisement for a similar (even better!) car from IJC Car Sales Ltd. From the initial contact via email it was obvious that IJC were far more professional business than the franchise I’d been let down so badly by. Although I am over 170 miles way, and never generally buy cars without seeing them first, IJC provided multiple photos and high definition video which made me feel confident that I was getting a superb car, with unbelievably low miles. Ian at IJC was able to arrange for the car to be transported for me, and after a quick exchange of paperwork the Meriva was sitting on my driveway just a couple of days after initial contact! How simple and efficient is that? When it arrived it was clean and the condition was exactly as advertised. Cue one very happy Mother and her new car! Ian also phoned several times after delivery to ensure we were happy with it. The entire buying experience was a breath of fresh air and I would quite happily buy again from IJC Car sales in the future.

Until now I have never bought a car online and was quite apprehensive. I contacted them by phone, they were so professional and discussed the car I was interested in with some detail. I bought a C3 Picasso. They arranged a final inspection and delivered the car in a few days. The car arrived and was better than expectations, no problems, no fuss, a very easy purchase. I am very satisfied, an all round good experience. IJC Cars communication was excellent from start to finish.
