Imola of Bristol were really helpful and friendly. I bought an Audi from them back in January and up to now I have had no issues with it at all. it was nice and clean when I received it and a very good price. I found the dealership to be well organised and the dealers were very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this dealership.

I am super happy with my BMW. I got it for a very good price and it was in excellent condition. All of the staff at Imola Of Bristol were very helpful and friendly. The only downside is that I have recently had to have the timing chain changed. I would happily recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Imola of Bristol treated me very well and I honestly don't have a single negative takeaway from the whole experience. The facilities were very nice, it was raining on the day and they were kind enough to put it under shelter so I could look around without getting drenched. I would go again, from start to finish they were great, even when their problems they were only too happy to help out. Imola of Bristol have paid and sorted the repairs, car went to an Audi and got fixed and today i go to pick it up. Straight down the line, never felt like i was being fobbed off or that they were dodgy which you always worry about when things go wrong. I did a lot of research into the car i bought and found it cheap as any available.

Imola Bristol helped us with the whole process, assisted us with the finance side so this dealership allowed me to take the car before the confirmation email came through. We travelled from Nottingham to Bristol that day to collect the car. Once it was removed from Auto Trader, we wanted to see photos so he actually it back on their site so we could see these again with the sold sign up.
