Imperial Car Supermarkets Fleet told me initially that admin fee was £200.00 . When i told them i had finance in place and didn't want to use there finance companies admin fee jumped to £495.00 , Then the hard sell started with extra cover and protection. When i indicated that i wasn't interested the manager appeared offering special deals and discounts on the products for offer. Even when i returned to sign the final paperwork and collect the car i was again bombarded with the hard sell. what should have been a 15 minute exercise signing a few forms turned into an hour. And to top off the experience i was just given the keys and told car was outside.

Don't go to Imperial Car Supermarket. We have bought two cars this week - totally different experiences. The cheaper first car from my son from a garage in Stroud - perfect service, efficient and they knew what they were talking about. Imperial Fleet are beyond the very worst in every aspect. No knowledge about the car, dreadful customer service, words fail me really.
Asked lots of questions, test drive, paid large deposit, went to pick up car, and found incongruences between what I thought I'd bought and what the actual paperwork demonstrated, they're still causing me loss as I am battling to sort out their breaches in contract. They'll also try and bully you into taking out warranty and protective paint coating, they don't like it when you refuse. I wish I'd asked for my deposit back. Avoid.

Very unprofessional company, as soon as I completed the sale they didn't want to know. When I realised the specification was not as advertised (lower power engine) I contacted the sales person, said he'd look into it although was very defensive and aggressive, was told I'd be called back. Not once have I been called back. Further calls and I continued to be "fobbed off" as too busy with customers and it's the weekend. Funnily enough the manager never appears to be in either. Contacted customer support although yet again nothing via email and when asked to speak to a manager I continue to be told nobody is around to speak to. I'd recommend going anywhere elsewhere as once they've taken your money they don't want to know. High pressure sales and terrible aftersales / customer support.

Overall the service at Imperial Car Supermarket wasn't to bad. We've had no issues with the car yet which is a big positive. However if the car had been valeted before we went to pick it up the valeter should of been sacked because the car was filthy!

I bought the Nissan from Imperial Car Supermarkets without actually seeing the car first. The car did have a few little minor issues but nothing serious and for a 9 year old car it isn't bad at all. I would recommend!

I bought a Mercedes from Imperial Car Supermarket Fleet a few months ago and I've had no issues what so ever, cant fault them! It was quite a trek to get there, couple hundred miles, but definitely worth it! The car was clean and as described and I would therefor recommend them!

I am very pleased with my Audi A4 from Imperial Car Supermarket. It's a great car and I have had no issues with it since I purchased it in January. The only Issue I have had is that I still haven't received my holding deposit back yet. Other than that they have been good so as long as I get my deposit back, I would recommend them.

I have had no problems with my BMW from imperial car supermarket, I traveled from Brighton to come and get the car but it was worth it! It's a great car and runs really well. The dealers were fantastic, very helpful, friendly and welcoming, offering me cups of tea. The car was in immaculate condition and I am really happy with the value for money. I will be recommending this dealership to my friends.

Bought a car a couple of weeks ago from the Imperial Car Supermarket in Fleet, of which I am happy with. There is a small issue that was either going to be dealt with before we collected (which we were told was the most likely) or they would do it after and provide us with a courtesy car. The issue was still there when we collected so we emailed to let them know. This didn't get a response and I have now sent a further 3 emails which have been read by at least 10 people, but again no one has got back to me. Not impressed.
