I am running out of all my politeness and patience with this company. I bought a car on December 2021 and the by never been able to deliver the VO5. How could they sell a car without it. It should have been delivered in the next week or two but it’s the 4th month running. The person sold the car to me an extremely busy personal so he doesn’t have time to answer or return the call to update the status. Well I suppose this is how they do the business and customers may be lucky to have a satisfied experience

Be aware off this company That was my worse car buying experience on my life. I December 5 December 2021 pay £2000 deposit for Porsche Panamera . Rest money was going to pay by finance. That was agreed few days later and pay out to company on 10 December. After that I was expecting to collect car on first coming weekend . I didn’t hear anything from them about car collection, try to contact few times but unsuccessful. Few days later someone contact by email to say that car is under preparation and is broken and they waiting for parts . We getting same answers every week till Christmas when I was promised that car will be ready to collect. Unfortunately again car wasn’t ready. Was left without car for over new year with running finance on my name . After new year car was still not ready and they ask me to wait till middle off January. I was asked to give me my deposit back and inform finance company about situation and close agreement. Deposit was returned and I was hopping that finance company was sorted out. I was wrong, money was took from my bank for first payment for car and nothing was close . I was contacted police for fraud and also contact finance company about situation, they don’t even know that I never get car . Kevin from this company promise me to let me know when this car is repaired and now they sold car to someone else and left me without car and with finance still on my name . Total scammers please be aware off this people

Great range of cars with very competitive prices. I have been reading very negative reviews but among hundreds of cars they sell annually occasional bad experiences are not abnormal.as their prices are keen and if you are buying a cheap supercar maybe one of the cheapest there then occasionally things may go wrong. I purchase high end vehicles from main dealers and imperials. My 20 plus years experience with the dealership has been very positive. Have I had issues? Yes Have they resolved them yes. When you are buying second hand Ferraris Lambos or bentleys for half the price of a new one expecting a perfect car is naive. Even a new Ferrari goes wrong. I had more issues with main dealers by far. Shaun his sons and previously Sales director Tony are all great guys. They are there to make money it is not a charity organisation so expect that they will make 10 percent from PX and finance or service. This is normal. I think they are fair and for me the only dealership I have trusted for years although at times I get upset with them but if I would buy another 20 cars they will still be on top of the list.

Jim Wonnacott is a sarcastic, rude and a manipulative sales agent. He behaves as if he is selling tomatoes in a fruit market. He has forgotten he is selling prestige cars worth thousands. To Jim, learn to respect your clients with the respect they deserve. Imperials pride itself in being a prestige showroom but Jim utterly lets them down. My experience with Imperials was NIGHTMARE FROM START TO FINISH. I went in to buy an onyx G Class. Got the finance approved and right before picking the car, I was given excuse after excuse to delay the pick up. Finally after 2 weeks, I was told the car had some mechanical issues and that was being repaired. After sometime, they got back to me after i had made numerous calls to tell me the car is now being taken back by the owner and the deal is off. I am sure they have either sold it to someone else at a higher price (they will do this to you) or that they were trying to sell me a car that couldn't pass the MOT. MY HONEST ADVICE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS OR YOU WILL HAVE THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF YOUR LIFE. ROMANS INTERNATIONAL IS THE PLACE TO GO FOR A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE.

Long story short, you were aware that this was a commission sale for Imperials and we were discussing with the owner the work needed to be done on the car for us to retail as we check our cars thoroughly, so we don't to sell on a problem. It was taking longer than we all thought so you decided you wanted your deposit back as you no longer wanted the car, I refunded that day. All the best, Jim

It was a good experience to buy my car from imperial. They have been very courteous and are not your typical car dealership..they were very frank and honest. I would definitely recommend buying your next car from them...
