Cooper Cobham is the only and best BMW garage for me due to its top customers' services and caring. It goes without saying that the garage delivers to the highest possible standards in all fields but it is the day to day care and service that has been keeping me there for so many years. I have had many new cars from this garage and I have just had another top service done. This is, in particular thanks to the Manager Lewi Fasulo, who gets out of his way to care and to look after his customers. My present car has failed us all several times due to serious issues which should have never occurred on a BMW to start with. BMW HQ do have the history. Lewi Fasulo has always supported me and rectified any issues as best as it was possible. This time, when BMW HQ has failed me by not even considering to support us and offering any compensation for the faults of my present car, Lewi and the garage have helped yet again. And this time, it should have been sorted by BMW HQ as there have been issues with my present car that should have never happened to a car from BMW. BMW HQ put all the responsibility onto Cobham only. Lewi Fasulo has an excellent team with Henry Tanor, Oliver Clayton and Alex Miller, who, too, have been looking after my car and me in the best possible way. As long as Lewi Fasulo manages Cooper Cobham I shall not leave Cooper Cobham and I will always get my cars from there as I completely trust him and his team.

We called in on BMW Coopers Cobham without an appt. with a tyre malfunction. With a limited number of machanics on site, (as just before Christmas), Ali F. was able to sort the problem out for us and proved very efficient. Our thanks to Ali !

Today I received some outstanding service from Nikki and Henry from BMW Cooper Cobham. They went above and beyond. There was confusion with my booking and tyre insurance which resulted in me and my 9 month old baby having to wait for a longer period of time than planned however they were so helpful from start to finish!! What an awful experience with Cooper BMW Cobham. Oh my gosh, they just don't care if you're frustrated with their poor service. You get this feeling of being in a cheap happy meal restaurant. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
Just collected my new car which is the 3rd I have purchased over the years from from BMW Cooper Cobham. This time was no exception to the excellent service I have always received. Maxine, Alex, Lee, Ben & Elliot all made sure I was getting the right car, the best deal and kept fully informed at all times. Nothing was too much trouble and always friendly with no pressure. Will be back again next time. I've also had all 3 cars serviced here and couldn't fault the service department either. Thank you.

My car was booked in for a brake fluid change and MOT. After waiting half an hour to be seen I was told the loan car that was organised 2 months previously was not available but that someone could drop me home and then they would return my car to my home address later that day. I had no choice but to accept and be without a car all day because the MOT is due. At 5.30pm I hadn't heard from them so called and was told that it was "just being finished" and a driver would be returning the car shortly. At 7.30pm there was no sign of it and no answer on the dealership phone line. Its now 10pm and it has not been returned. There is a slogan on the dealership wall saying that they want customers to be "completely satisfied" - cancelling pre-booked loan cars and then not returning customers actual cars is probably not the best start. What they are very good at is sending you a 3 minute video of the underside of your car telling you about all sorts of things that could do with being replaced - in my case it was 2 front tyres, brake discs and brake wear sensors. Well its just passed its MOT so I think I will decline on that, but when the time comes to replace these items I will be taking the car elsewhere. That is, of course, if I ever get it back.
