Great at sales but the after service is abysmal. Bought a car from them, all ok for the first 2 months and then the trouble started. Had a problem with the engine. Fortunately it was under warranty. Ended up needing the engine to be replaced. This meant it was taken away, for SIX weeks. During this time it was driven all over London, received a speeding ticket (they paid for it). Receipts ere left in the car for fast food and general DIY products, so it wasn't just used for test drives. We did not receive the use of courtesy car during this time. We also did not receive any updates even though we emailed and phoned numerous times. Eventually go the car back, for four weeks when it failed again. Numerous phone calls and emails, no updates. Finally gave up and requested a full refund under the UK lemon laws (look them up if you have problems). Then the wait. More calls, more emails (they never answer), eventually agreed three weeks later to pay!. promises of payment. No joy. Threatened them with court action if they did not pay. No joy. Started court action, now they contact! After the court contacted them it still to almost three weeks for them to pay us back. Do not use these guys, they don't answer calls, they don't return calls. They don't reply to emails.

We recently purchased a car from infinity motors swindon. (BMW X1 Automatic) and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Just 2 days after driving it home the gearbox failed. considering they did show us proof that the gear box had just had a full service costing them over £700. to say we was disappointed is an understatement, especially considering we had only owned the car 3 days in total. The car was advertised with x2 keys, upon collecting the car it only had 1. we have only last month received the second key along with the log book. We purchased the car in march 2025. whats worse is the after sales communication has been SHOCKING. We was promised endless phone calls back daily that never happened, leaving us feel very frustrated as we was carless. at one point because they was dragging there feet we asked to hand the car back. They told us we'd have to pay for them to collect it as it wasn't driveable. It was a very long and stressful 8 weeks trying to get the car back on the road which Infinity motors did pay the end bill. but it took a LOT. from finding a garage, to getting it plugged in to be read for the fault ( took 3 weeks to get our money back for that ) to finding a garage local to us who would take on such a big job. Infinity motors booked the car in with the garage of our choice for a certain date. rang the garage for an update 4 days later and they had not started the work due to infinity motors not accepting the email for the work to be started. the garage had our car for 4 days before starting the work, endless phone calls to infinity to get them to accept it. further 5 days for the work to be completed ( not our local garages fault it was a big job) and then a further 5 days for infinity to send payment for the car to be released!!! I Will add that infinity motors did pay for our tax for 6 months, they did collect us from the train station too. over all DO NOT RECOMMEND!! little to no communication, no empathy and absolutely no contact from the owner or director himself when asked " he isn't the man you need to speak to its the after sales manager" who was never at his desk either. if you want a stress free experience don't get a new car from here :)
A bit disappointed to be fair as was looking forward to purchasing a vehicle from them . Beware to anyone buying the GREY JAGUAR XF OV18 . There is a hidden admin fee they try to add to help cover the costs to prep the car( service MOT fuel hpi check ect ect ) even tho while negotiating a deal they said they would do a major service and any work needed for MOT free of charge due to the car having no service history , which i thought was great until I believe they realised the cost of a major service and repairs for MOT then 2 days later told me there was an admin fee .. Nowhere on there site mentions admin fees infact the site says no hidden fees , they tried to say there is a section that says speak to an advisor about additional charges( infinity had 2 days to mention this fee and never) . This is in fact in the extra services section not even related to admin fees, asked to speak to the sales manager or dealer owner to discuss and just got ignored this was 3 days ago and still no contact(edit 13/5/25 recieved a call eventually apologising and agreeing with my points and accepted they had failed in this instance) CLEARLY SELLING LOADS OF CARS AND DIDNT WANT MY CUSTOM... if this is the pre sales customer service I hate to see what after sales customer service is . Done my own research on the grey jaguar 0v18 no service history since 2020 and no timing chain has been replaced , oh well plenty more dealers
