Bought a Range Rover from these back in July, has broke 3 x times with same problem, supposed to have fixed it at a cost of £1,700 but when asked for reports and invoices nothing. Asked finance company and brokers for independent ACE report found to be in my favour stating fault was at point of sale. Now this vehicle has been sat outside my house for 5 x months un-driveable, and even now dealership trying to say driver error. They have made 2 x appointments to collect vehicle, both times failed to attend making me take 2 x days off work and lost income. Been paying finance, tax and insurance on this vehicle for 5 x months whilst it sits there un-driveable. Avoid this company at all costs, absolutely disgraceful behaviour and response, now proceeding through the civil courts, absolute joke of a company. Have to give a 1 * but deserve zero. Avoid at all costs !!

Hi Ink motors and team, I love the new Range Rover it's a brilliant car and I am thoroughly enjoying being higher up on the road. One of the biggest factors as to why I went for the Range is the size, I came from a Nissan Juke and I would say it is infact, quite the upgrade. As soon as I fancied a change I came to Ink Motor Company knowing they would help me out. It can't get any closer to perfect than as this!

Ink Motor Company have the most helpful chaps working for them. These guys do everything by the book and will do everything they say that are going to do. I didn't receive my V5 for a while, I give them a call and let them know I had not got it and within a few days It had arrived at my house. There is no messing around with these chaps, they get the job done and do the job well. No issues what so ever, a lovely, smooth run that I can not fault.

I was dealing with Joe during my short time spent at the Ink Motors dealership, he showed a brilliant level of customer care and was lovely from the very start to the very end. Best impressed.

At the dealership there is a brilliant atmosphere, no pushiness no pressure, just really kind, helpful staff! They make you feel welcomed and make the car buying experience enjoyable!

I couldn't be more impressed with the Ford Kuga and the service that came with it. Down at Ink Motors I felt very welcome at all times, each and ever member of staff was ever so helpful and friendly.
