Joe was really nice. He was helpful and not too pushy, and the Citroen C1 I bought has been fine other than a warning light that has come on. I am going to contact them tomorrow, and I’m sure they will help me get it resolved.

We had a few issues initially, but Joe helped us get them resolved, so I can’t fault it. I love the car and have been enjoying it.

I'd rate it 5 out of 5. Excellent customer service from Joe. He was honest, up front, and a pleasure to deal with. The car is bought is superb. I can not fault Ink Motor Company in any shape or form.

I am loving the Audi A4 Avant. I have already done 1700 miles in 3 weeks, so a fair bit of driving. Joe at the dealership was brilliant. It was a great experience.

The BMW X1 I purchased has had no problems whatsoever with the car. However, I have been waiting for the V5 for 2 months, which has affected my overall experience, so I would give it a 3-star rating.

I came across Ink Motor Company after using Car Loans, who helped me source the Ford Focus. Other than some small improvements needed with communication, everything went well, and I don't see any reason why I would not recommend them to others.

When I first purchased the Volvo V60, there was initially a problem with the diesel leaking, but credit to the dealership, they got me booked into the local garage they used and got the issue resolved. Due to the issue, I am only able to give it 4 stars, but I am really happy with the car, and everything else went smoothly.
