Fariis was really nice he said any problems just give him a call, I could tell he actually cared about the customer experience he was providing. I am really pleased with the car and have had no issues with it. However, the advertisement for the car was not accurate. It seems that whoever is writing the adverts is just copying and pasting the full spec for cars without adjusting it to match the individual vehicle being sold. While this is not the end of the world, I do think Ink should look into it. The delivery went smoothly, and they took my old car away. There were a few things that needed sorting which were initially missed, but the team resolved them right away. They were very attentive and willing to help, so I am giving a 4 out of 5 rating, mainly due to the incorrect advertising.

So pleased with the Passat I got, it is excellent, great vehicle! Joe was great right from the start. I asked him some specifics about the vehicle and he was able to answer in detail and was nothing but honest with me regarding the vehicle, I really can't fault him. He was clued up and put confidence in me as a buyer.

Straightforward purchase and Joe was great. It was our first time using Ink Motor Company but we spotted the car online and went to see it in person. The photos online really show the attention to detail. What you see is exactly what you get with no hidden surprises!! Joe was really helpful and there was no pressure at all. We’ll definitely return in the future if or when we’re ever looking for another vehicle.

5 stars for quick and efficient service. I had an excellent experience from start to finish. - The car's good quality and I'm very happy with the purchase. The team were friendly, efficient, and made the whole thing stress-free. I really appreciated being given time on my own with the car for the test drive too! When the online portal for taxing the car wasn’t working, they even went the extra mile and took it to the post office for me, which was a thoughtful touch and saved me a lot of hassle. Overall I’m really happy with both the car and the service I received. I would definitely recommend Ink Motor Company to anyone/everyone!
