Recently (May) bought my Range Rover Evoque from INK, left it a few weeks to see if any teething problems. Has a small issue with a door lock not locking which is apparently a common issue on Land Rover products. The sales guy called us a few days after sale to see how things were getting on, we are a distance away from them so getting the car back to them as suggested by the owner wasn't really a viable option, we said we would just get it sorted near us as would have cost the same as driving it back to them and getting a train home, the following day a new door lock came in the post followed by a message asking for our bank details to transfer us the money it would cost to have it fitted at our local garage. It's only a small gesture but goes a long way. Can't fault one thing with these guys, very easy to deal with.

Honestly I’ve had a nightmare with a few of my cars in the past. I spoke to one of the sales guys here and they seemed very relaxed and not pushy at all. The owner walked in half way through and I mentioned I’d read one or two negative reviews etc so was nervous and was immediately put at ease with the response, talked me through a few of them and was. Open, honest and clear about some mistakes which was refreshing. I suppose you can’t please everyone but my experience has been one that is overwhelmingly positive. I love the car and they went above and beyond to help me out as my wife was due to give birth, so they even delivered the car for free the next day. Really would recommend to anyone, personally can’t fault anything.
My wife had the misfortune regret and misery to have dealt with this company. She was sold a mini that was not fit for purpose. She took it to a reputable garage who found 66 fault codes and advised her not to drive it as it should not have been sold in that condition.The car was uplifted and taken to a specialist garage that dealt specifically with the mini due to it having a BMW engine. Due to the fault in the car we were advised by the garage to return the car to the dealership. This was meant to happen on the 7/4/25 and never happened. Joe then refused to pick up the car because of vandalism that unfortunately occurred at the garage who repaired the damage through there insurance. He used every excuse not to recover the car so we could rewind the finance . Now exactly three months later my wife still has no car and had to pay for the repairs to the engine. He stated there was a three month warranty which was a complete lie and we are the ones out of pocket left feeling a complete mistrust towards this company . We have now accepted the car back after having to pay out more money as he wouldn’t accept the car for the finance to be rewound . This left us with a complete mistrust towards this company even though. He offered a discount on another car but let’s be honest after the way being treated would you . My advice is be careful when purchasing a car look for an honest reputable dealership .

Hi Joe, I’m sorry but this is a completely fabricated review which is wholly untrue and to be fair, has completely blindsided us. When you initially told us of an issue with the car we told you that due to you being over 5 hours away from us to get it booked in locally to be inspected and we could get an idea of what the issues are. The garage you chose said they couldn’t do it due to not having the right software. You neglected to mention in your review that it was US that had the car collected and delivered to a BMW speciality that YOU chose at a cost to ourselves, and we were paying for a diagnostic. A few days later your finance company contacted us and stated we needed to collect the car as it was being rejected. We still to this day have no had any diagnostic report, I’ve spoken to your personally numerous times and both agreed that for some reason the finance company had caused numerous issues. You posted a negative review on google about us then removed it with an apology as you knew that it was absurd to blame us for anything. You never told us about any damage to the car, the garage did, when we had to contact them directly as we had absolutely no idea what was going on. Still don’t. We’ve not spoken to you, nor your finance company at all since my last conversation with you. We haven’t rejected anything and you shouldn’t have any costs as you have a 6 months nationwide warranty. I’ve tried to contact you numerous times myself directly to find out what’s going on but you insist on ignoring all our attempts at contact. We’ve been open, honest, helpful and as transparent as possible throughout. I don’t know whether you’ve been told other things by your finance provider. But when we spoke directly a couple of weeks ago, we had a clear direction in which to go in and we’re in full agreement. So I’m very confused as to why now you’ve decided to ignore us completely. When I was recently in the market for a used car, the guys at this company couldn't do enough for me. They checked the car over - c max - and then checked it again whilst I was there - which was excellent as we came for North Devon and found this company through Autotrader. The car was exactly as they stated and didn't miss a beat all the way home - 276 miles - So I can only highly recommend this company and their follow up service. Car sold to me with existing finance!! Waited for it to clear and then purchased the car. Only to have it delivered with the clutch not returning during gear change. Having to lift the clutch with my foot is dangerous and makes the car unfit for the road. The engine management light keeps coming on also. The add insult to injury the owner is refusing to put the warranty into my name from a previous customer. The warranty and finance company are disgusted with his behaviour and I'm stuck not being able to safely drive a car I've had for a few days. Do not go anywhere near this garage as I've received nothing but threats and broken promises from the off. Next time I will truly listen to my gut feeling. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEARTACHE AND MISERY I'M NOW FACING
Hi Ink motors and team, I love the new Range Rover it's a brilliant car and I am thoroughly enjoying being higher up on the road. One of the biggest factors as to why I went for the Range is the size, I came from a Nissan Juke and I would say it is infact, quite the upgrade. As soon as I fancied a change I came to Ink Motor Company knowing they would help me out. It can't get any closer to perfect than as this!

Ink Motor Company have the most helpful chaps working for them. These guys do everything by the book and will do everything they say that are going to do. I didn't receive my V5 for a while, I give them a call and let them know I had not got it and within a few days It had arrived at my house. There is no messing around with these chaps, they get the job done and do the job well. No issues what so ever, a lovely, smooth run that I can not fault.

I am thoroughly enjoying driving the new Renault Captur. Its a brilliant car, gets me from A to B safely and smoothly. I received a high level of customer service by all members off staff down at Ink Motors in Bolton.
