Was looked after on my first visit by Liam. Explained reason for visit was to check out the Ecosport as I was changing my Renault Captur. Not at all pushy, left keys for me to look round car without hassle and answered questions. Returned two days later to purchase an Ecosport. Extremely helpful, friendly banter, a good honest salesman and very efficient and professional. Very well looked after. An absolute joy to buy my car. Thank you Liam.

We went into Ford Thanet today and we was greated by Ollie and Liam they was extremely helpful perlite and friendly

Booked in for mot. Got car there at 8.am. No phone call so went up at 4.30. they said it wasn't done, they hadn't even started on mine.. had the same last year but thought it might just be a one off. last year was £39.50. this year would have been £58. dont use these.

Long delays fixing my car, no updates and rude staff combined with charging me for works that didn't need doing. Had I known about the poor reputation, I would have gone elsewhere.

Just got our 3rd car from Neil who is a pleasure to deal with and has been very helpful throughout the whole process making it straightforward and unproblematic for us.

I needed a tyre quickly and Invicta were happy to help, and they were able to change it while I waited.

Worst service- They purposely delayed fixing my car for 8 weeks! Had my car for one week, apparently fixed it.£800 later. Three weeks later, same problem arose. Had to pay for a diagnositocs again (the only garage who could fix, due to diagnostic machine). They then told me another reason for the fault, endless calls and emails. They hung up on me numerous times. The rudest girl, on the service department. Once i spoke to two managers, after i was promised a call back, it took 8 weeks for them to fix the problem. With my car off the road, for that period. Finally, once they decided to fix it they charged me £863. This situation caused so much upset, i could not even go into the garage to collect my car, and had to send a family member. I do not wish to have any contact further with invicta about this complaint, but would rather tell customers about the service i received.

No gripes about their sales department or the mechanic who done our service but regarding their service department and manager they are terrible. He and his staff need to learn customer relations and not forget it is we who pay his wages. We will not set foot in this branch ever again and would recommend that any prospective customers think long and hard before they do.
