Looking for a Honda Civic I got in touch with various Honda dealers, and the salesman I spoke to at the Maidstone dealer was extremely helpful. Always smiling and there for me even on his day off, Faisal did everything in his power to deal with my request, sometimes helped by his colleague Brian. Together they found me exactly the car I was looking for. Once we had agreed on the price, the car was ready as discussed. Although I did not accept to buy any of the care packages, Faisal never showed any discontent. I would recommend this Honda dealer to anyone looking for both great service and honesty.
shook on a deal and paid my deposit to secure the car only to be contacted the next day to be told the car had 'issues' and could not be sold. This turned out to be untrue and Invicta motors decided to go back on the deal that was made as not it turned out not enough profit for them. I am currently pregnant and this has caused me extra stress. 1. to go back on a deal that was agreed is disgusting (I'm sure if I changed my mind it would not be simple to change and cancel but suites them). 2. The fact they lied to try and cover this up have not any trust in them and unacceptable customer service.
Our family have purchased 2 cars from Invicta Motors (Mazda) Maidstone and I can honestly say, we are very happy with the service. Dealt with 2 different Salesman who were both friendly, honest and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Invicta Motors (Mazda) in Maidstone to friends and family.
Added £1000 of useless insurances on car telling me they were added for free along with paint treatment as a deal to get the car off the forecourt for new reg plate. Got finance documents back and had been charged £399 each for gap, cosmetic, alloy wheel insurances and paint treatment , on a three year old car. Log book has been put in wrong name which has caused issues with insurance, still awaiting this to be rectified but the answer I was given was to take out and insurance policy in the persons name on the log book and put myself as named driver. I THINK THIS IS COMMITTING FRAUD TO COVER THEIR ERROR. We waited two and a half hours to collect a supposedly ready car with a three year old, being ignored and not told what the issues were asked for months tax only as get for free with benefit for disabled. They purchased a year and expected me to fork out £110 for it. Have received no resolution to issues and cannot believe the sales manager asked me to commit what I believe is fraud rather than admit an error to delay on their part. The issue remains and I have a new car I can't drive fully comp. I would never recommend Invicta Motors in Maidstone, they are such unethical practitioners, go somewhere else.
Apart from saying I recommend this car dealership there nothing much to say about Invicta Motors in Maidstone other than that the service was faultless and the car has been running great and we are talking 3 months now since I drove it away.
