I bought a car from them just before Xmas after they made me all sorts of promises on visible faults. Paid a deposit with the agreement it would be ready when they reopened after Xmas. Collected the car and over the next few days found a number of issues both electrical and mechanical. When I went back to discuss these I was threatened and intimidated by the 2 x brothers who clearly fancy a gangster image. No help whatsoever and pity anyone who makes the same mistake I did trusting them. Total Conmen who dont know anything about Cars or Customer Care

Please go somewhere else and purchase a car, it’s really not worth the stress! Both of them were charming chaps actually and signed up for finance deal, things started going wrong on my way home from picking it up, sensors, Eml, timing chains !! Customer service quickly deteriorated, so rude, wish I got ripped of f by someone else haha

Just bought my son Ford Fiesta & they gave it 1 year Mot but the steering was shaking & wandering to the right so took it to local garage thinking we’ll just wheel balance ... think again front drivers side wheel inside was the shape of a 50p piece ... went to put it on the back for safety reasons so we could take it back to them but rear tyre had a bulge on it the size of two fingers.. no way this passed a legitimate mot this way as these thing don’t happen over night... when we arrange to take it back as we 1 1/2 hours away but owners immediately flew of handle & doesn’t like it when you stand back up to them, seems to be what they do from the other reviews from people with issues, couple bully boys but they have your money so they don’t care... selling unsafe cars. Just to add several other issue with the car as well, engine oil was just on dipstick (not serviced or even checked) coolant level well below minimum as radiator cap broken & no sign of the 2nd key either.... beware safety doesn’t cost much especially at their prices but may cost you or your family dearly...

Outstanding Customer Service, I bought a car from this garage and received a first class experience from the beginning . After seeing a car on autotrader, I used the live chat option on the dealer website to ask a few questions although it was after 9pm as I wanted to leave early to view the car . The person i was chatting to online answered all of my questions and when I told him I would be down the following morning he said he would get the car a full years mot serviced and ready for me to collect in the morning to save me a double run to collect and also offered to collect me from the train station. I was so delighted with the customer service I received before and after collecting the car great garage to deal with and I am very happy with my purchase thanks guys .

After a quick call to arrange a viewing, arrived to find the car ready out front. It was well presented and valeted. After a good look around I decided to purchase the car there and then and part exchanged my own car at a fair price also. The owner was helpful, friendly & very open and honest throughout the process and fulfilled all agreements. A true Gent and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended

We travelled from London to collect the car and are delighted with the purchase, We also got a follow up email from the sales person we dealt with the following day which was also a nice touch . I have bought 2 cars at Irvine Car Centre and they have always been great to deal with professional and make you feel at ease buying a car . The car I went to look at had been sold before I arrived but after looking around I decided to buy a black Audi . I also enquired about finance and was offered a great low rate.The finance was arranged within 10 minutes and I was able to drive the car away within the hour which is the way I want to buy all my cars in the future :-) I have already recommended this dealer to friends and family and will be back when I am ready to change car.
