Extremely disappointed with Audi Belfast. My Audi has developed a fault caused by corrosion in the brake sensor cable, and I’ve been told it isn’t covered under the warranty because it’s classed as “wiring and connections”. I bought an Audi Approved Used vehicle expecting it to have been thoroughly inspected and to come with premium after-sales support. Corrosion on brake-related electrical components is not something I would expect to be dealing with, especially on a vehicle that has supposedly passed Audi’s Approved Used checks. Rather than taking responsibility or offering any goodwill, Audi Belfast simply pointed to the warranty exclusions and left me to pay for the repair. Selling a premium vehicle under the Audi Approved Used scheme should mean more than relying on the small print when problems arise. I would not recommend Audi Belfast based on my experience. Make sure you ask exactly what is and isn’t covered and don’t assume “electrical and mechanical” warranty cover means what it says.

Don’t trust Belfast Audi, they all stick together.
