The following is true and accurate and reflects my experience with Ivybridge Trade Centre. I bought a car from Ivybridge Trade Centre on Tuesday 23rd September 2025 and returned it on Tuesday 30th September 2025. The issues I encountered were as follows: Rear reverse lamp fault warning on the dash, all rear parking sensors were not working, drivers seat belt did not retract back in to position, parking brake sticking and did not release manually and there was an outstanding safety recall due which I was not informed of. I reported the issues via phone call to which I was instructed to report via email and someone would get back to me. This did not happen and I had to chase for an update the following day. I was told '"Jack, you have warranty". Some of the issues were not covered under warranty and I do not purchase a vehicle to have it repaired in the same week. My experience with Ivybridge Trade Centre was not a good one, lack of customer service, care and accountability.

I recently visited this dealership after booking in to view two cars. My appointment had been confirmed via email for 10:30 in the morning, and I travelled all the way from Cornwall specifically to see these vehicles. When I arrived, I was told that one of the cars had already been sold. No one had contacted me beforehand to let me know, despite the confirmation I had received.
Although the staff apologised, it did not feel sincere, and they seemed dismissive of the inconvenience caused. I had been particularly interested in the car that was sold, so the lack of communication and indifference towards the situation was very frustrating. Making a long journey with my 2 year old daughter only to find disappointment and bad customer service will ensure I never visit again.

Recently purchased a fiesta ST line from here and was really impressed. The car was immaculately presented and the guys bend over backwards to assist me, especially Taylor who was my sales assistant and he also valeted the car personally for me as I am a bit fussy! Thank u taylor! Have recommended to my friends and will definitely be back for my next car ❤️

Be very careful choosing to buy a car here, I'm sure many have bought here and its been fine and they have not had to deal with there after care, or rather lack of it.
Several weeks ago I purchased a car from here for my 70 year old mother, who after suffering a fall she has now got limited mobility and required an automatic car, after just 3 days the car would not start, as is my legal right I asked for a full refund and to return the car, after just a couple of emails the trade centre put a legal firm on to me and refuse to engage in any further dialogue them self. I guess the heavy handed legal approach is aimed to intimidate and put pressure on us as the consumer.
It has now been three weeks since I request a refund, I have had the car independently inspected which has found further faults and issues, I have made all the tests checks and findings available to the trade centre and still they not responded to this.
All this time my mother has been without transport, in the winter and in the run up to Christmas.
After care service from ivybridge trade centre does not exist, there lack of empathy towards there customers is truly outstanding, there behaviour is disgusting and extreamly unprofessional.
Be careful, you have been warned!

In my opinion, be careful ensure to check info about the car. In my opinion, it seems they only engage about money, they ignore questions about the vehicle. In my opinion, if this is what they're like at the sales stage, imagine engaging in aftersales enquiries about the vehicle whilst under warranty.

Fabulous customer service and great cars. I have bought several cars from Ivybridge Trade Centre and have never had any problems! Staff are extremely helpful and go the extra mile!
