Car Dealer Reviews is an
official partner of Auto Trader
Partner Brought a car off these and was assured everything was fine. Less then 24hrs the car was back with them, car loosing power. Paperwork didn’t match up with MOT milage and actual milage on the car..
Myself and my family have bought a few cars from ivybridge trade centre, the staff are very helpful and friendly and we have always come away more than happy! Would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Good experience, thanks to the team!
THIS IS NOT A CREDIBLE DEALERSHIP Look very closely at any car your considering buying from these scammers! All of there autotrader adverts are corrupt! They hide all the bad information about every vehicle and only try to list the good information They should disclose all information on every vehicle - THATS WHY THEIR A DEALERSHIP. For instance; a car with 2 previous keepers and full service history will be advertised with this information. A car with 6 previous keepers, no service history and essential items missing off the vehicle is advertised as having a good spec. READ THEIR ADVERTS VERY CLOSELY - SCAMMERS!!! probably preying on the elderly and innocent minded public of the southwest! Disgraceful!
Bought a car from Ivybridge Trade Centre. Had some minor issues. I have had a few bad experiences prior to buying this car. When I discovered this car had an issue, I expected the worse. But what I got was exceptional service.
Very friendly, helpful and courteous customer service. I ended up not going through with it, but for no fault of the team at Ivybridge Trade Centre.
Bought a second hand Audi A6 from Ivybridge Trade Centre, unfortunately just after I’d taken ownership the coil pack on 2 cylinders gave up and it started misfiring, took the car back twice as after they’d fixed the 2 coil packs another one went! Fair play to them though, they replaced all the coil packs at no extra expense to me! No quibbles, it got done. Not their fault, not mine either but they did the decent thing and sorted it!
We would like to say a massive thank you to everyone at Ivybridge Trade Centre for helping us choose an awesome, low mileage, one owner car that we are so proud of. Simon, who we think might be the boss?, Zac the non-pressurizing salesman, Lucy who is constantly on hand for any questions etc, the mechanic who we think was called Colin who instantly sorted out the one tiny niggle we had with our new car (a five pence piece stuck in the seat rail no less!!!). Add onto this the fact they gave us a jolly good and fair price for our trade in vehicle. We absolutely recommend these guys to everyone and feel certain we will be returning next time we change either of our cars. Thank you all so much guys, please keep up this awesome team work and brilliant, totally stress free method of trading motor vehicles. John and Fiona Warman
I bought a ford fiesta from ivybridge trade centre. they put 12 months mot on it. things started going wrong Very quickly. exhaust fell off within the first week. strong smell of petrol all the time so took it to a garage to have another mot even though it wasn't due. All I can say they were lucky the car didn't kill anyone. Brake pipes covered in Greece to hide the fact they were rusty to the point they could burst anytime. cracked and perished flexi brake pipes. perished fuel pipes. subframe rusted beyond repair, emissions well over legal limit and all this from a car that passed an mot 2 months previous with no advisories and sold to a family with 3 kids. Never will I do business with these cowboys again and will tell everyone I know to avoid them
Staff from Ivybridge Trade Centre Ltd in response to AVOID DANGEROUS
Hi Matt, sorry to hear that you are disappointed. You bought the fiesta 10 months ago, not 2 months ago for just over £900-I have looked at the MOT history and it has only failed on brake pipes and a bulb. The corrosion is an advisory, which i feel is acceptable on a 16 year old car. We try to help where we can but on the older cheaper cars there will usually be some costs involved when you mot the car the next year. The DVLA have also made the MOT test stricter in March of this year.
Just bought a Toyota Yaris very frendly staff all willing to help in any way
