Very happy with the sales service at Jacksons of Shipdham, I recently bought a +£30k from them, with the nervousness of spending this amount with an independent dealer; however, they had all the history all the documents and gave what I felt was a good deal on my trade in plus 12mnt warranty. Had the car a few months no real issues, they have been most helpful in offering minor body repairs no quibbles. Matt and Andrew are both very helpful and happy to help, customer service is excellent; as other reviews say they are a small business and you may not instantly get hold of them, but they will get back to you.

I purchased a vehicle from Jacksons of Shipdham approx three weeks ago. The price was good and the care drove very well. There was a slight issue with the car which was not down to Jackson’s, however they fixed all the issues under warranty. I am very pleased with the service and would purchase again with no concerns.

BROUGHT A VAUXHALL MOKKA FROM MATT AND ANDREW AT JACKSONS OF SHIPDHAM, 100% PERFECT TRANSACTION, MY PX EXCHANGE WAS WORTH 1900 RETAIL AND HAD A TRADE VALUE OF £875 MATT VERY FAIRLY OFFERED ME 1400 IT AND ALSO DISCOUNTED THE MOKKA BY £250 SO IN FAIRNESS I NEARLY GOT FULL RETAIL VALUE FOR MY PX, YOU DONT GET THAT AT ANY OF THE MAIN DEALERS OR CAR SUPERMARKETS.

I bought a Volvo XC60 from Jacksons of Shipdham seven weeks ago and while they do great deals their aftercare is poor. I have had to take the XC60 back four times with an engine service fault, which is still ongoing, two engine sensors fitted, and it still has the fault, twice they said it was going into a Volvo Dealership, guess what? it never got there. Now they are not returning my calls, guess i will have to book the Dealership myself and try and claim it back.
