Just picked my van up yesterday I only live twenty five miles away but engine management light came on a little over half way home. Vehicle has just had not day before so I imagine EML was turned off just to get mot’d. not had chance to contact garage yet . There is also no spare key or vehicle hand book.

I’ve had a few problems with the car I bought but quickly resolved and could not of been made easier without Hollie the assistant .

I bought a van from jagland and was pleasantly pleased with the service all round. Especially the lady (Hollie) who helped me understand everything and see me through it all. She was amazing. I'm very happy with my van.

Bought my Mercedes in October from this garage after seeing the car online went to view it everything seemed great, I was happy with the car I got platinum warranty for 6 months which I upgraded to 2 years for an extra cost and am I glad I did these past few months I’ve had nothing but trouble, I am covered through warranty for most but that’s simply not the point when you work full time and don’t have time to be messing around back and fourth between warrenty company and garages. The warranty company at one point refused to speak to me about MY car as they was liaising With the garage but without liaising with me I can’t take my car. I messaged jagland about a problem I was having with my car and they just forwarded me to the warranty company.

Not a great service tbh still got a few problems that need sorting

I needed a car quickly and spent a few days looking online for a car I finally decided I wanted. I found a lovely Mercedes at Jagland Empire Ltd so I took the chance of buying "blind" as they were 100 miles away from me. It was delivered next day after payment and I couldn't be more pleased with it.

Just purchased a car from here. Would say the first stages was a bit daunting as multiple sales people was asking for the same information so felt like I was repeating myself and unsure why this was happened. Information I got told on the phone was different when I arrived. I went in the office to expect to sign the papers and off I go however this wasn’t the case. I understand I paid for extra warranty but I wasn’t aware of any other charges. I understand my tax on the car is only £20 so you would’ve thought they might of just paid that off and said all the car is taxed and mot tested like my other finance companies did. Not much a problem but just thought out of courtesy would’ve been helpful. Wasn’t aware of extended warranty until we got there and was expected to pay £350 upfront no other option and also wasn’t and also wasn’t aware of the £25 fee for the log book so it was a shock to pay out £400 without warning.. The customer service was ok felt a bi lt iffy at times but over all ok. can’t say much about the after care as just got the car. Overall everything ok so far.
