Avoid at all costs, I purchased a van from the salesman Zack who delivered a vehicle with higher mileage and several issues, which he tried to deny. Upon looking more into it myself it seems they sell lots of vehicles with the different pictures to the one you are buying to make it seems you are buying a decent vehicle, suggesting a pattern of misleading sales practices. Despite numerous attempts to contact Zack, which is almost impossible as he avoid your calls after he sells you the vehicle (with reception providing inconsistent information about his availability, stating he was away for a couple of days upon calling again an hour later from a different number he answered it himself without knowing). I have been stuck with the vehicle for two weeks without a refund. The offer of a £250 compensation with was insulting and the expectation for me to return the vehicle at my own expense, despite receiving a completely different vehicle, is unacceptable. Zack’s response to my complaints has been unprofessional and dismissive. Repeated efforts to contact customer service and management have gone unanswered. I am now compelled to seek resolution through trading standards and legal action. Please be wary to avoid similar distress and inconvenience.

I bought a van in the end of October 2023, after 2 weeks I had the 1st problem DPF, and then after this problem another one which was in December, tensioners, and when I bought the van I paid over 1000£ for the platinum warranty which did not worth it cuz when I had those problems the warranty did not conver that. After another month a new problem, injectors. The engineer form close brothes came up to check and realized that the problem in the injectors was presented 100% at the purchase and they knew it. I have tried to speak many many times with them to solve those issues , but they never replied to me. The sellers that I spoke were Ash and Jake. I had to open a claim with ombudsman to try cancel the contract and get my money back. I will leave thousands of reviews here until the problem is solved. Also whe I had the problems with the tensioners, I had to pay 560£ to fix it by my pocket + rented van tha I needed to continue working. They are not reliable. Also, I have paid 2000£ deposit to get the van. So, 2000£ deposit over 1000£ for the platinum warranty that was not for use 4 months have gone, and those problems not solved. I lost lots of money, and I'm still losing as I don't have the van and still paying the financing. DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLE WITH THEM.

I Purchased a van and it broke down on the way out and the garage told me it needed a oil change as it had been sat there for months, waited 1.5 hours then my partner drove my van back, an hour down the road the van broke down again on the side of the motorway, I called the garage and they advised me to use my insurance and I insisted they get my partner towed, the garage called me back and told me they are going to tow the car back to the garage but I would need to collect my partner from the motorway, I was so annoyed with the whole situation and response, I then had to drive an hour to pick my partner up from the side of the motorway with the highways agency sat with her, it took 6 hours to get towed. I called today for an update and they told me they have not looked at the van yet and they will update me tomorrow, I explained my frustration and there response was 'what do you want me to do' and I said you have not even apologised for what had happened and the situation you have left us in and there response was 'if you want me to say sorry then I will say sorry' then he started to shout and I put down the phone. It seems the company do not check there vehicles prior to selling as I had a van with no oil in and that broke down. The garage seem to think they were doing me a favour because they got the van towed when it broke down and hour from the garage and then left my partner on the side of the road, the garage do not care. I really hope this does not happen to anyone else as it was a total nightmare. I still do not have my van back and I am unable to work.

This review was put up way too soon. I take it back what a joke of a company. So rude and unprofessional to ended up losing around a £1000. Had a car turn up not described has soon as I drove it the manufacture like came on they refused to pay the whole bill to get the repair sorted even though they told the garage they would. I doo it to a specialist and told me the timing belt needed changing I sent the car back and they relisted it straight away so someone else has bought this car with all the faults. They never refunding the amount I paid for the vehicle all but a £1000 sorry and ignored all my emails!!!! Never buy from this garage
Van was nothing like the photos - driver's seat was horrendous. Not valeted, serviced or MOT'd despite them saying it would be done by our appointment time. Truly dire to deal with.

Just picked my van up yesterday I only live twenty five miles away but engine management light came on a little over half way home. Vehicle has just had not day before so I imagine EML was turned off just to get mot’d. not had chance to contact garage yet . There is also no spare key or vehicle hand book.
