I had an accident where my 11 month old Renault Captur hybrid automatic car got written off. The accident wasn’t my fault and I should have got like for like… this did not work out and due to way money was sent ended up buying a 2018 car as I couldn’t be without. A few days ago I found a suitable car at Canterbury Renault and was lucky to see Terry. He listened carefully to all my woes and ensured I got the right car that I could afford. His knowledge and support was exemplary and I will soon be the proud owner of a 2023 car same make and model of the one in the accident. His demeanour is calm and caring and I was so pleased for all his help when I asked he allowed me to hug him as I felt a handshake was really not enough. If you’re not sure what you need or have a definitive budget Terry is the man to see! Thank you Terry cannot wait to get my car. 😊

Very friendly staff who try and help you in the best way they can

I bought a Dacia Duster from this dealership, but soon after I got it home it showed various problems. One of these has been sorted out, eventually, under warranty, but the other issues haven't been fixed. After four trips to this garage I was told there are no faults and they can't help. I notified them of the problems within a month of buying the car, so my right to a refund was ignored. As all my emails were ignored initially I contacted Dacia customer services for help, but in the end they wouldn't intervene, my word against theirs obviously. Don't use this dealer is my advice.
