Bought a 2011 Vauxhall Insignia with 79k and 3 months RAC warranty, two weeks later head gasket went so contacted the garage who said they would repair it but I had to arrange to get the car back to them , not easy as your couldn't drive it. Was away for seven weeks and then refused to pay for the repair and I had to pay half to get it back! What an awful garage and service ! Warranty not worth the paper it's written on !

Bought a used car from here, asked if there was anything wrong with it to which he assured there was not. Got it home, had a local mechanic check it over and he informed me the clutch was slipping and there was severe rust under the back end. Tried contacting JCIW on several occasions but had no luck. Phoned the RAC to find out about the warranty and seek advice, to which they stated the car wasn't registered with them so I had no warranty or breakdown cover which was agreed in the sale. I am extremely unsatisfied with JCIW Ltd.

I recommend this car dealership. Very happy with my purchase at JCIW, I can't fault the service. There were no surprises and the car is great and as it's supposed to be. Got a 1 year warranty included which is better than most car dealers offer.
