We have had 13 vehicles off JCT Cars, with family and friends all together. First scubi was bought off them 2010. Neither I nor any of our friends have had a bad deal. On one occasion a tyre was below 2mm and they changed it with out any quibble at all. Quite often they have bought back vehicles at a reasonable rate after we had run around in it for a couple of years. Cant fault them. A nice family run business.

I bought 2006 plate subru wrx had car 3 months didn't realise that the seals on boot had corroded with age as I bought the car agaust 2017 my very first subru ever thought that this company was professional first of all finance git paid out I didn't receive my car till 9 days later as the car had leaks on the STEERING COMPONENTS??????? I had to check my self on dvla mot checker for me to then ring up ask if this work was gonna get sorted as the wheel is your life???? They said they would then they said part was wrong part so very very professional as subru specialists took one of another subru how. Used was the seal I worked for Honda 7 years would never dream of doing that people's life's here!!!! I have daughter?.... Then I finally took the car I got pictures sent to me before I bought the car but never shown deep scratch at side bonnet my experience in car sales 100-180 pounds I said to him???? He quickly said I asked the guy to do it?????? Obviously not?!!!!!! So yes I still took car away never mentioned again with terrain tial rain we had my boot is full off water and my back seats are drenched I mean drenched seals gone some were I mentioned this to him recently all he said oh seals have gone he knew or they be this because there is plastic sheets underneath!!!!! Then my steering became stiff I rand them yes come down we put new belt on that cost pittance not 70pounds travel to Manchester the steering went stiff again!!!! One guy yesterday told me we will sort the other today telling me I need to pay for it as its pump lies lies they knew what it was in first place so no they want money off me for fault on mot saying steering now pump has gone they want money HOW ABOUT YOU SORT MY PAINT WORK OUT YOU PROMISED!!!!!!AND MY SEALS ON MY BOOT MY CAR IS WRECK WITH WATER! There comment not ass really seen more professional in car craft the worst experience in my life I surely will be putting this on face book to be shared as I have plenty friends in car game as far as Wrexham So NOW AM STUCK WITH CAR THAT'S FULL WATER STEERING PUMP GONE PAINT WORK TO COUPLE OF HUNDRED POUNDS WORT PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THESE !!!!!! PLEASE DON'T........... I EVEN said other day I would spend 1000 on remapp service spoiler I aint spending nothing with these guys spoiler probably fall off blame me Absolutely disgusted with your comments lads!!!!!
