Staff don't know anything regarding update on cars and if anyone is working. Called to speak to a manager for 6 weeks getting told they will be in on a different day. Never getting a call back when stating i will get one been weeks.

I have tried for 2 hours to get my motability car book in, as i have no reverse lights showing on a brand new car! I left my number twice yet to no avail.

I recently went to seat Bradford on sticker lane to order my new car. I was introduced to Donna the stability expert at seat Bradford she was very knowledgeable and friendly. Donna explained everything on how the scheme works, I had a fair idea on which car I wanted, I placed my order and gas to wait for the car I am glad I did because I am very pleased with my new car and donna kept me up to date throughout the process. Absolutely perfect, exactly what I would expect from a Dealer. Yes you pay a little more, but the peace of mind is there, and the Honda Civic I now have is amazing. Stereo stopped working in the 1st two weeks, so was given a free courtesy car, free replacement under warranty and no problems at all. Was also recommended an approved Honda dealership to service it, also superb, and not overly expensive. Always ready to help and I will definitely be using them again.
