If you you’re into detailing your car and have it ceramic coated, don’t take it to JCT600VW Sheffield! Even if you request them not to ‘wash’ it as I did on the online check in and see it written on the job sheet, it’s still highly likely they’ll decorate your pride and joy in swirl marks like they did to mine. My Touareg Black Edition has had more hours than I care to count being detailed by me since new. It has never been through a car wash or hand wash, ever. Despite asking to speak to the service or business manager, surprisingly neither was available when I realised it was no longer in the condition I had took it in, and I was told to email in some photos of any damage, i.e. swirl marks. Following assessment by a pro detailer and sending their quote for paint correction to the service manager, I was invited to let them have the chance sort it by “buffing” it over! Terminology which sets alarm bells off to anyone who’s into detailing! Who would trust their car back to the same people who caused the problem in the first place?!? Mind boggling! Even when the car has been back in for 11 days to sort an EGR issue, no one has been willing to discuss this issue in person. The ‘demonstrator’ Tiguan I was given was a great example of how their cars are treated as it was totally disgusting inside with photos to prove it; if that’s how they look after their own cars there’s no wonder mine now looks like it’s been washed by someone using a Brillo pad. Despite several emails to bring the issue to resolution I’ve stopped getting replies and even copying in the business manager doesn’t get a response. JCT600 VW Sheffield really don’t leave much option other than to make a formal written complaint to head office about the situation which has been born from not following a simple request; please do not wash my car. Oh, and the engine management light is back on. Again.

Collected new car today . Can’t praise Rebekah enough. Looked after us all the way.

Excellent Experience with JCT600 Shefield. All the staff were friendly & Polite. Marcel who sold us our vehicle, clearly new what he was doing, he organised everything from test drives to sales paperwork & nothing was to much trouble. He was very understanding of us travelling a fare distance & having two small children. He even took the time out of his busy day to show us how to use the technology on the car.

Great service from Marcel in taking us through the process from start to finish. From start to finish he found us our perfect car, very polite and helpful, friendly manner. He remained patient with our many questions, especially around digital dashboard and electronics .

15 days after having the car my cluth burnt out completely and the car was unusable same thing happens a year later and wants £870.84 to LOOK at this then a further £2000 to fix warranty doesn't comply no courtesy car available so left without a car for 6 week still paying for it unhelpful blaming staff, no car should break twice just over a year with the same problem nobody wants to know, dealt with cocky staff not told before driving a broken car through to sheffield that there would be a cost just to look, not even told in the morning when dropping it off wouldnt recommend these to anyone or buy another car from them

Bought a used Tiguan £30,350, nice car and seemed good value. The sales document was incorrect giving the wrong price which had to be altered, I took out a token HP agreement to get 2 years servicing for £49, I will pay this off in the next few days. The HP documents were wrong, nobody had checked them so these had to be altered. Communication was appalling, at one point I was left in the showroom for 30 minutes and nobody came to see me so I left. Got a phone call from the receptionist apologising and giving me a load of rubbish why I wasn’t seen to. Collected the car today and all was ok. Be very aware that you closely check any documents you are given because they don’t.

I can not recommend Marcel enough his customer service is excellent he really went the extra mile to make my daughters first car a memorial experience an absolute credit to the team thank you so much Louise & Amelia

I took my car in for a service. It was returned damaged. The staff were unapologetic and reluctant to offer any kind of assistance.
