Surprised to see comments below, never had an issue, Long delay with my car but I was prepared to wait rather than go for something substandard like an MG! Never had any issues with the service or sales team! Also when they had the XL1 in they let my grandson have a good look around and take photos.
Had my MOT and service done here, seemed to take a long time as I waited, good coffee machine nice video sent showing under the car, could be a bit cheaper and quicker.
Car now here worth the wait, nothing dealer could do as wait due to world problems, love my new car thanks to jct fir looking after me thanks

Very helpful and knowledgeable, I was looking for a new company car and needed some help explained from the off that I was getting a company car, the sales person looked after me and even showed me a car! (this is a novelty I’ve found), I’ll be back for servicing when it eventually arrives.
Always welcomed by the guy who sold me the car 2 years ago and the service team, who always clean my car once it’s been in. Looking forward to starting to look again soon and hopefully by then they will have some more cars in the showroom!
Vw id3 should gave gone through factory this week. U email sales james Courtney can't be bothered returning info. I am so disappointed with vw and jct600 will nit reccomend either.as for new car hope she falls off boat into see a total bunch of crooks and cheats scumbags

The attitude of the sales staff at Wakefield Volkswagen depends on who you get . some are polite and others have a belittling attitude towards you and thinks customers can be taken for a ride . they talk behind you back with colleagues and have a laugh at your expense . will be buying from another dealer .perhaps JCT600 Wakefield is making so much profit they don't care about salesmen's attitude or demeanaour.

I ordered a brand new id3. Being lied to from day one by James Courtney. Order date 10july21. Just been told after shouting at dealership fir communication. 18th to 24th April 2022. I am aware if chip issue,s. But why are dealership not shouting at vw etc. I was told when complaining to vw uk shut your mouth don't dare complain to us
Do not buy a car from JCT600 Volkswagen in Wakefield. 64 plate polo bought 18 months ago , having to spend £1000 min on it
