Went to jean Pierre today been going for a couple of years now normally it’s been helpful but on this occasion I asked for a full service and I told them about a continuous coil light that comes up and they apparently sorted on different occasions for a few months over the years I asked how much I was told £257 so booked it in drop the car off get a phone call to say the service is complete and they and they told me a few advisory change of brake disc and pads I said I will get this done at the end of the month but when it comes to paying for the service they said it cost just over £400 i questioned this they handed me over to the manager and was very rude and disrespectful because they plugged it in and found a fault that they can’t fix and never seen before and apparently took them over an hour to do so?? When it come to collect the car they were rude and on the advisories there were more problems that they didn’t mention over the phone like something is cracked causing a oil leak is this a coincidence or what?? I will definitely will not be returning or will not recommend to anyone so disappointing

Friendly, honest and professional service. They were so accommodating, even though they were very busy. They fitted my car in for a diagnostic, ordered the part, and fitted in less than a day! They even loaned me a car so I could do my food shop! I highly recommend and trust their work!! This will be my new garage!! Thanks guys much appreciated, Vicky 😊

We bought out second hand Skoda off Jean-Pierre in mid September. Six weeks after the purchase the engine light came on and we were told by our local Skoda dealer that the turbo charger needed replacing at a cost of £1800 (+VAT)! Our first instinct was to call Luke who kindly talked to the mechanic and then offered to source a reconditioned turbo charger for us and wave the labour costs which was less than 1/3 of the price quoted by our local dealer. Luke is definitely 'one of the good guys' and were we to look for another car - Jean-Pierre would be the first place we'd look. Absolutely outstanding customer service and people. Jean Pierre is a very knowledgeable, they offer main dealer service at a fraction of the price.

We arranged a viewing of a car at Jean-Pierre Ltd, on the Friday evening the dealer e-mailed us to confirm the vehicle was still available so we could travel to see in on Saturday at 10:00 hrs as previously agreed. On Saturday we arrived at 09:50 hrs only to be told the car was sold! We made a 260 mile round trip to see this car and we found it unbelievable that this dealer should treat us in such a contemptable manner. Obviously, their priority is to make sales at any cost rather than caring about the inconvenience they cause to prospective customers.

I have bought 7 cars for myself and family over many years from John Pierre Ltd and have all been good cars. Good service and personal attention.
