I bought a Lexus Hybrid from Jeff White motors yesterday and cannot praise the staff enough. I dealt with Richie who is Jeff's son and he made things as easy as could possibly be. I didn't expect to drive away with the car but within an hour I was away with the new one and all the paperwork was handled without any fuss, including getting my personal plates changed. Their prices are extremely competitive as I have been checking out many other sites as well. Many thanks to everyone in the company and will definitely be going back if I need another car in the future.

I have purchased two vehicles, from Jeff Whites and my father has bought 3/4, my sister will be getting hers this week. I cannot highly recommend them enough, excellent customer service, knowledgeable, friendly, approachable. Nothing is too much hassle for them. I have my cars serviced and MOT with Jeff, never any issues or concerns. Wanted to but a car from tJeff White car sales Cardiff , arranged a visit but when we got there |I was told that the car was in the garage and we could buy it when it was back. Phoned many times but was fobbed off with" the garage is waiting for a part". Several months later told, still in garage waiting for part.And was told they would call me when it was back. Now its back on cargurus for sale.I have not received a call of jeff white car sales. I am not happy with the way they have strung me along. I could have gone elsewhere in the mean time as Now I will . The first MOT is due in 3 weeks and I assume the manufactureres guarantee will also be up. I do not trust Jeff White car sales.

I have just bought my second car from Jeff. Each time the entire experience has been a pleasure, the part exchange was very fair and the cars have been outstanding. Everyone I have met there and dealt with has been cheerful, helpful and obviously customer satisfaction is very high on their list of must haves. I really wouldn't go anywhere else and have recommended friends of mine to go to Jeff too. You really don't need to look elsewhere!

My daughter purchased a car from Jeff White Motors, felt welcomed, and 1 point which I noticed that like 90% of car salesmen do is follow you around pestering you, these guys just left us to Look untill we needed help, good after sales service too, very responsive, to calls and enquies.

Not often do I give a five star rating. Nice to have a no nonsense no gimmick, and no tricks car dealer. Jeff White Motors don’t look to haggle, but they have the best prices for two hundred miles and I checked. They are quick and efficient, courteous and helpful. Highly recommended and I will call again, they have a fantastic choice for those well preserved cars.
